Francis Tanarit Photkanawat

Francis Tanarit Photkanawat (Thai: ฟรานซิส ธนริศย์ พจน์คณาวัชร์; born June 27, 1998) is a Thai graphic designer, video editor and actor. He plays Kavin in the 2026 revenge thriller Payback, a talent manager inside the entertainment agency at the centre of the story, and the role is his first screen credit of any kind.

He came to acting from design rather than from performance. He holds a degree in Visual Communication Design from Rangsit University, and the credit records describe him primarily as a graphic designer and video editor who also acts, in that order. That is an unusual professional profile for a Thai BL cast member, most of whom arrive through modelling, pageantry, idol training or child acting.

His Payback casting was announced directly by the production. The official Payback The Series X account posted “ฟรานซิส ธนริศย์ พจน์คณาวัชร์ รับบท กวิน / Francis TANARIT PHOTKANAWAT as KAVIN” ahead of the May 30, 2026 premiere, in the same announcement that introduced Lilly Sarinya Olsson as Karn and Eat Nawapol Sangsuwan as Game.

Sources disagree about how large the part is. TMDB’s aggregate credits record him at ten episodes, the full run of the series, while other records classify the role as a guest appearance confined to episodes three to five and specify the character as Alice’s manager. BLGLFLIX places him within the supporting cast and states the disagreement rather than resolving it silently.

His only other credit is My Boss, My Love, My Stepbrother! (2026), in which he plays Mike, a supporting role. Both of his roles arrived in the same year, making 2026 his entire screen career to date.
