These terms govern the use of blglflix.com (the “Site”), operated by BL & GL Flix. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. What this site is
The Site is an independent reference archive for Boys’ Love and Girls’ Love drama, film, anime, manga, manhwa and web novels. It publishes title pages, biographies, editorial reviews, guides and news, all written here. It is operated by one individual publisher, not by a company or an editorial team.
2. What this site is not
- Not a streaming service. No film, series, episode or recording is hosted, published, mirrored or embedded here, and the Site does not link to an unlicensed copy of any work. Where a work can legally be watched or read, the link goes to the rights holder’s own platform or a licensed distributor, and nowhere else.
- Not an official source. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any studio, channel, platform, agency, publisher, distributor or artist mentioned anywhere on it.
- Not a ratings board. Audience guidance on a record is this site’s own editorial classification, written to help a reader judge whether a work suits them. It is not a certificate, and it does not replace the rating a publisher or platform applies in your country.
- Not an upload host. There is no facility for a visitor to upload an image, a video or a file, and no such facility is presented anywhere on the Site.
3. Using the site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to disrupt it, to scrape it at scale, to circumvent its technical measures, to post unlawful content, or to use it to infringe anybody’s rights.
4. Community content
Where the Site allows short messages or comments, you confirm that what you post is your own, is lawful, and contains no hate speech, harassment, sexual material, spam or anything infringing a third party’s rights. You grant permission to display, moderate and remove your submission. Submissions are filtered automatically and may be removed at any time. Mood Board posts are temporary and are deleted after 7 days. Opinions in community content are those of their authors and not of BL & GL Flix.
5. No warranty of accuracy
The Site is provided as it is and as available, without warranty of any kind. Every effort is made to be accurate, and errors are corrected when found, but no guarantee is given that any information here is complete, accurate or current. Air dates, episode counts, cast credits and platform availability change constantly. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Decisions taken in reliance on anything published here are taken at your own risk, and the Corrections Policy explains how to report an error.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BL & GL Flix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from reliance on anything published on it, including loss of profit, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to hold BL & GL Flix harmless from claims arising out of your own use of the Site or your breach of these terms.
7. External links
The Site links to third-party websites, including streaming platforms, publishers and official accounts. Those sites are not under this site’s control. It takes no responsibility for their content, their products, their availability or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Follow a link and you are on somebody else’s terms.
8. Intellectual property
The original writing, the structure of the records, the editorial judgements and scores, the page design and the artwork produced by this site belong to BL & GL Flix. None of it may be copied, republished, redistributed, resold or used to train a model without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome and does not need permission.
Titles, posters, portraits, cover art, logos, trademarks and characters belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification, news reporting, criticism and commentary only. What is used, where it comes from, what this site does not claim, and how to have something removed is set out on the DMCA and Copyright Notice.
9. Advertising
No advertising is served on the Site at present and there are currently no affiliate links. If that changes, advertising slots will be labelled and the position is set out in advance on the Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
10. Privacy
What is collected and how it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim in the courts of their own country of residence where local law gives them that right.
