BL & GL Flix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
1. Our position on images
We do not host pirated video and do not claim ownership of third-party posters, stills, or trademarks. Such materials are used for identification and commentary only. If you are a rights holder, you may request removal at any time using the process below.
2. How to file a takedown notice
Send a written notice to info@blglflix.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, including:
- Your full name and contact details (email is sufficient);
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on blglflix.com where the material appears;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
3. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly, typically within a few business days.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to info@blglflix.com including the information above and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat infringers
We may remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe.
