BL & GL Flix is written and maintained by one person, Renkaze. There is one address, and mail sent to it reaches that person directly rather than a shared inbox or a support desk. Please write plainly and you will be answered the same way.
Every kind of request goes to that one address. They are listed separately below because what happens next differs, and because putting the right words in the subject line gets a message to the front of the queue.
1. Copyright objection and takedown
Subject line: Copyright
If you hold rights in a poster, portrait, cover, logo or any other material shown here and you want it removed, say so and name the page. No formal notice is required, no proof of ownership is required before action is taken, and the material comes down first with the correspondence following. Valid objections are acted on within two business days of receipt. What a formal notice should contain, how a counter-notice works, and where every image on this site comes from is set out on the DMCA and Copyright Notice.
2. Factual error, missing credit, out-of-date record
Subject line: Correction
A wrong date, episode count, credit, name or romanisation; an image credited to the wrong rights holder or credited to a file source with no rights holder named; a series that has finished or moved platform since the record was written. Naming the page, quoting the line and pointing at a source makes it fast, but a report without a source is still worth sending. Reports are read within two business days, and the way a correction is recorded on the page is described in the Corrections Policy.
3. A new record, or something the archive should cover
Subject line: Suggestion
Missing titles, missing people and gaps in the scope of the archive are all worth reporting. Send the title in its original language if you have it, with the year, the country and any official link. A record is only added when it can be verified against a primary source such as a broadcaster, a publisher or an official account, so a suggestion carrying a link moves much faster than one without.
4. Distributors, channels, agencies and management
Subject line: Press material
Promotional material sent for coverage is used credited to the sender. Sending it counts as permission to publish it in that context. It is not a transfer of ownership, and permission can be withdrawn at any time by writing to this address. Screeners and review copies are treated as ordinary source material: accepting one creates no obligation to publish, no obligation to be positive, and no right to see a piece before it goes live. The full position is in section 3.2 of the DMCA and Copyright Notice.
Requests about a person you represent, including replacing a photograph, correcting a detail, changing a romanisation or removing a record entirely, are handled the same way and are not gated behind proof of identity.
5. Advertising, sponsorship and collaboration
Subject line: Commercial
No advertising is served on this site at present and there are currently no affiliate links. Commercial enquiries are still read and answered honestly, including when the answer is no. What money can never buy here, which includes placement in a list, a score, coverage, pre-publication access and the removal of a published correction, is set out on the Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
A request to change or soften editorial content is not treated as a commercial request. It is answered under the Corrections Policy, against the sources, whoever sends it and whatever relationship they have with this site. If the page is wrong it is fixed. If the page is right it stays, and you will be told so plainly.
6. Personal data requests
Subject line: Privacy
Requests to know what is held, to get a copy, to have something corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent. No form and no particular wording is needed. What this site collects, who else receives it and how long it is kept is on the Privacy Policy. Accessibility problems can go to the same address and are covered by the Accessibility Statement.
Response times
Copyright objections are read first, corrections second, and everything else in turn. The commitment is that a message is read and answered within two business days. A fix that is quick is made immediately; one that needs checking against a broadcaster or a publisher takes as long as the checking takes, and you will be told what is happening rather than left waiting. If you have heard nothing after a week, send the message again, because it means it did not arrive.
