Ryusei Fukada
BIOGRAPHY
Ryusei Fukada (Japanese: 深田竜生; born 13 April 2002 in Saitama Prefecture) is a Japanese actor, singer and idol, and a member of the group ACEes. He is signed to STARTO ENTERTAINMENT.
He entered the agency on 23 June 2018 and spent his early years as a member of Shonen Ninja, alongside a cohort that included Yujin Suzuki, Yusei Nagase, Masatoshi Oda, Michiharu Inaba, Kairu Tamura and Hisho Yamai. His first television drama came on 12 January 2021 in Ao no SP, and later that year he appeared in the second series of Dragon Zakura as Yuta Amano and took a lead role in the WOWOW production Bungo Shonen!.
In February 2024 he was one of four leads in the drama My Strawberry Film, sharing the billing with Rei Yahana, Ririka Tanabe and Mizuki Yoshida. That May he walked his first runway at Rakuten GirlsAward 2024 Spring/Summer at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium. On 16 February 2025 he moved into ACEes, a newly formed group within the agency’s junior ranks.
His first solo lead in a serial drama arrived on 11 July 2026 with Your Summer, My Storm (夏色の雲が恋と嵐をまきおこす), the TV Asahi Boys’ Love drama in which he plays Natsuki Takemiya, an exam-year student tutored through the summer by his sister’s boyfriend. ACEes perform the series’ theme song, Mayonaka no ZOO.

Japanese agencies of this kind develop performers in large junior cohorts rather than signing them for a specific job. A trainee performs in group formations for years, appears in whatever the company slots him into, and is moved between line-ups as the company reorganises: he came up through one group and was placed into a newer one in February 2025. A name emerges from that slowly or not at all.
His screen work accumulated in the meantime, a television debut in 2021, a supporting part the same year, a shared lead in 2024, and a first runway appearance that May.
His group also performs the theme song for the series he leads, which is the neatest possible demonstration of how the two halves of that contract are meant to work together.
