The pairing was assembled by the Thai studio Me Mind Y, not by an existing friendship. On 16 March 2022 the studio announced Love in the Air (บรรยากาศรัก เดอะซีรีส์), adapted from two novels by the author MAME, and named two new screen couples for it. Boss Chaikamon Sermsongwittaya was cast as Phayu and Noeul Nuttarat Tangwai as Rain; Fort Thitipong and Peat Wasuthorn were cast as the second couple. Thairath reported the reveal on 21 March 2022 under the pairing name บอส-โนอึล, and Daradaily profiled the four actors on 7 April 2022. The series premiered on 18 August 2022, airing Thursdays at 23:00 on GMM25 with a thirteen episode run; it carries mature themes and was written for an adult audience. In November 2022 the two announced a name for their fanbase, BoNoh, whose first anniversary Daradaily covered on 10 November 2023.
Their second co-starring series came more than two years later. The Boy Next World (คนละกาลเวลา), again produced by Me Mind Y, premiered on 5 January 2025 and ran ten episodes, broadcast Sundays at 22:45 on Amarin TV HD channel 34 and streamed on iQIYI. MGR Online covered the launch screening on 8 January 2025; Khaosod, reporting the same event, noted that the new ten episode project was a larger assignment than the seven episode stretch the two had carried in their first series, and quoted Boss calling it considerably harder than the previous story. The premise is a romance across parallel timelines. The pair recorded the series theme, released in December 2024.
Their third series moved them outside Me Mind Y for the first time. Crazy Love, Moo-Moo! (พี่ฟากชอบเธอมู่) was produced by Blue and Co. and directed by Film Phawavis, adapted from a Chinese novel by the author Littleskyofme. The Standard reported on 11 April 2026 that it would premiere on 9 May 2026 on Channel 3, with Boss as Hia Fu, the pursuer, and Noeul as Moo Moo, who wants a quiet ordinary life. It is a romantic comedy rather than a drama. Naewna reported the final episode on 11 July 2026 at 22:25 on Channel 3, with an uncut version on Viu the same night.
Between series the two have continued to be booked jointly. On 3 March 2026 Naewna reported that the singer JOH cast both of them in the music video for the single ฝากลม, a dialogue free piece directed by Apple Labisara in which the two carry a story across time entirely through performance. As of September 2026 no separation, hiatus or dissolution of the pairing has been announced by either performer or by any studio.
Across three series the pairing has been cast to the same structural brief: Boss plays the older, pursuing half and Noeul the younger one who has to be persuaded. What they are asked to carry is escalation rather than incident, so most of their screen time is two handed scenes built on proximity, timing and reaction rather than plot. It works because the roles are written asymmetrically: Boss drives, Noeul resists and then concedes, and the audience reads the gap between them. Crazy Love, Moo-Moo! put the same dynamic into comedy, where the pursuit is played for laughs instead of tension, and the pairing held.
