Nuttarat Tangwai (Thai: ณัฐรัชต์ ตังวาย), who works under the name Noeul, is a Thai actor and singer born on 18 May 1999. He is of Thai and Korean parentage and is signed to Me Mind Y, the studio behind much of his screen work.
He began acting in 2022 as Rain in Love in The Air, and has stayed with the same studio since: Love Sea in 2024, then The Boy Next World across 2025 and 2026.
In 2026 he played Moo in Crazy Love, Moo-Moo! (พี่ฟากชอบเธอมู่) opposite Boss Chaikamon Sermsongwittaya as Hia Fu, the role BLGLFLIX holds him under here.
He records as well as acts. His single LUCKY DAY was released on 14 March 2026 and distributed through TuneCore Japan.
