Noh Phouluang Thongprasert

BIOGRAPHY

Phouluang Thongprasert (Thai: ภูหลวง ทองประเสริฐ), known as Noh, is a Laotian actor based in Thailand, born on 18 January 1998. He graduated from the Department of International Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam before moving into acting.

He has four credits on record, all of them Thai boys’ love. He played Be Bomb across ten episodes of Nitiman (นิติแมนแฟนวิศวะ), which ran on ONE 31 from 7 May 2021, produced by PlanT.N Entertainment and adapted from a novel: an introverted law student falls for a popular engineering student, with a love triangle and a good deal of misunderstanding in between. In 2022 he played Rain Kannakool across eighteen episodes of Oh! My Sunshine Night (เลิฟ@นาย) for AIS PLAY, produced by Newsinfinity Entertainment, a campus story built around classical music and a guitarist with a heart condition. He also appears as Pleng in Love Puzzle (เพลงพราย).

In 2026 he plays Yu across all ten episodes of Crazy Love, Moo-Moo! (พี่ฟากชอบเธอมู่), which ran on Channel 3 from 9 May to 11 July 2026, produced by Blue and Co., written and directed by Pawis Sowsrion. To get rid of a persistent admirer, MooMoo takes an internship at the man’s hotel intending to display every bad habit he has, and falls for him instead. Chaikamon Sermsongwittaya plays Hia Fu and Nuttarat Tangwai plays Moo.

BLGLFlix editorial view

A Laotian actor, educated in Vietnam, working in Thai boys’ love. That sentence is the whole reason this page is worth reading. Thai BL is routinely described as a national industry. It is not, quite: it is a regional one with a Bangkok centre of gravity, and performers from across mainland Southeast Asia work in it.

Five years, four series, four different platforms. ONE 31 in 2021, AIS PLAY in 2022, Channel 3 in 2026, plus Love Puzzle. That is not a fan-cast newcomer; it is a working actor who has been getting Thai BL work steadily since 2021 without an obvious agency machine behind him. His largest role by episode count is the eighteen-episode Oh! My Sunshine Night, which is longer than most Thai BL runs.

And another One31 title. Nitiman ran on ONE 31 in 2021 with a boys’ love keyword. Trace that broadcaster’s queer output and the list keeps running backwards: Thank God It’s Friday in 2019, Nitiman in 2021, Laws of Attraction in 2023, Century of Love in 2024, and both Flower Boy and The Edge of Horizon in 2026. Six titles in seven years from one Thai broadcaster. The received account of Thai BL is a GMMTV account, and on this evidence it is badly incomplete.

TRIVIA

Noh is one of very few Laotian performers working regularly in the Thai BL industry. TMDB records his place of birth simply as Laos, and his own biography there describes him as “a Laotian actor currently based in Thailand”.

His university degree is not from Thailand or Laos either. TMDB’s biography states he graduated from the Department of International Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam, which makes him a three-country figure before his first screen credit.

He debuted in Nitiman in 2021, which we can now confirm was an ONE 31 production. That places his first job inside the same free-to-air Thai queer slate that later produced Laws of Attraction, Century of Love, Flower Boy and The Edge of Horizon.

Across five years he has worked for four different distributors: ONE 31 for Nitiman, AIS PLAY for Oh! My Sunshine Night, the platform for Love Puzzle, and Channel 3 for Crazy Love, Moo-Moo! in 2026. Very few supporting BL actors move between broadcasters that freely.

His most recent title, Crazy Love, Moo-Moo!, ran from 9 May to 11 July 2026 on Channel 3, written and directed by the same person, Pawis Sowsrion, and streamed internationally on Viu.

His IMDb entry (nm12424075) and his Wikidata item (Q110907759) both exist, but the Wikidata item carries no Wikipedia article in any language. That is common for supporting BL performers and is the reason this page has no wikipedia_link.
