JJ Radchapon Phornpinit

JJ Radchapon Phornpinit (Thai: เจเจ รัชพล พรพินิต; born June 24, 2000) is a Thai actor and singer signed to Domundi TV. He is best known for playing Klao in the Ayutthaya-era timeline of the 2026 Boys’ Love series Love Upon a Time, and for the NetJJ on-screen pairing he forms with Net Siraphop Manithikhun. Before that lead role he built a run of supporting and main parts across the studio’s 2025 slate, including Sun in Black Valentine, Leo in Homeroom and Jay in The Next Prince.

JJ was born in Bangkok on June 24, 2000. He completed a bachelor’s degree at Thammasat University, in the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, the university’s business school, a detail Domundi and the databases that track its roster both carry, and one that puts him among the several Thai BL leads who finished a full degree before turning to acting full time. Sources also place his secondary schooling at Suankularb Wittayalai School in Bangkok.

His path into the industry ran through music rather than drama. In 2022 he appeared as a contestant on the Thai survival show The Two, and it was that exposure rather than an acting audition that brought him to attention. His acting debut came two years later, in 2024, with a supporting role as Wan in I Saw You in My Dream. The same year he appeared as a singer in Your Sky and joined the second season of Domundi’s reality format, DMD Friendship: The Reality, It Takes Two, which aired from October 6 to November 10, 2024 and where he finished second in the Best Friendship Award vote.

The turn came in mid-2024. James Supamongkon Wongwisut left Love Upon a Time in March of that year to concentrate on his music, and in May Domundi named JJ as his replacement opposite Net, the moment the NetJJ pairing was created. Work followed quickly: Black Valentine (2025) as Sun, Homeroom (2025) as Leo, The Next Prince (2025) as Jay, Zomvivor (2025), and then the dual-era lead in Love Upon a Time (2026), where he plays Klao in the past and Nakun Phattanatada in the present. Further credits include The D Dorm, Restart, 30 Days of Us, Brave the Sea and Love Puzzle.

He records as well as acts. His singles are all soundtrack releases: “ล้นใจ” for the Your Sky soundtrack, then three tracks tied to Love Upon a Time (2026), “แค่เธอตรงนี้ (Still You)” as a solo, “รักที่เป็นเธอ (The Love I Found)” as a duet with Net, and “ถ้าพรุ่งนี้ไม่มีเธอ (Before Tomorrow)”. He stands 176 cm (5’9″) and weighs 58 kg (128 lbs). He is a Cancer, born in the year of the Dragon, and posts under the same handle, jj_rcp, on Instagram, X and TikTok.
