Kathadeb Thaivanit (Thai: คฑาเทพ ไทยวานิช), credited in Thai as โอ๋ คฑาเทพ ไทยวานิช, is a Thai television director. One31’s own promotional material for The Edge of Horizon describes him as having directed more than twenty Thai dramas; TMDB currently lists fourteen directing credits for him, the earliest being Nang Rai Sai Lab in 2013.
Most of his listed work sits in the emotional-realism end of Thai television: multiple seasons of the Club Friday anthology, In The Shadow of Success, Way Back to Memories, Krachao Seeda, Desirable Flowers, Fallen Rainbow and Behind the Revenge. He has also written, taking a screenplay credit on Mistress in 2019.
The Edge of Horizon (อรุณรุ่ง, 2026) is his first period BL series. He directed all eleven episodes.
