Pepzi Banchorn Vorasataree worked as an assistant director on Dark Blue Kiss, Great Men Academy and Bad Buddy before directing KinnPorsche in 2022. Then My Stand-In for iQIYI in 2024, Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist in 2025, the travel programme Boys Lost in Thailand, and Love of Silom in 2026.

Three years of assisting, then a series that became the genre’s biggest international export. That progression is normal for the job and almost never described, because coverage of BL follows the two names on the poster and stops there. She also teaches, as a special lecturer at Bangkok University, which puts her in front of the next set of people who will do this work.

Her own academic background is not publicly documented, and the education field says so in those words rather than leaving a blank a reader would misread as nothing to report. The distinction between unrecorded and non-existent is one this site tries to keep visible.
