Takeshi Matsuura (松浦健志), born 3 June 1985 in Kanagawa, is represented by Stardust Promotion through its Stardust Creators division, the arm of the company that handles people who work behind the camera. He graduated in broadcasting from Nihon University’s College of Art, began in video production before finishing the degree, and made his first short in 2010. In 2026 he directs Fake Fact Lips.

Almost every director in this catalogue is documented only through credits, because most of the industry does not put directors on a managed roster and nobody publishes their biographies. An agency that represents crew changes that: it maintains a profile, issues the details, and keeps a career legible from the outside.
