Yutaro Zaitsu (Japanese: 財津優太郎; born July 5, 1999) is a Japanese actor signed to Sony Music Artists. Born in Tokyo, he is the grandson of veteran comedic actor Ichiro Zaitsu, a connection often noted in Japanese entertainment coverage of his career.
Yutaro’s performing career began on stage, with an appearance in the Haikyu!! theatrical production “Hyper Projection Engeki: Haikyu!! Itadaki no Keshiki 2” around 2021, before he moved into television.
His screen credits include a supporting role as Kanta Hasegawa in the TBS Sunday drama Worst to First: A Teen Baseball Miracle (2023) and an appearance in the NHK series Honest Real Estate 2 (2024), alongside variety programming such as Sanma Goten!!.
In 2026, Yutaro joined the cast of the BS Fuji BL drama Fake Fact Lips, based on the manga by Machi Suehiro, playing Yuma Onishi as part of the supporting cast surrounding leads Kaito Hori and Yusuke Sato.
