The Missing Sunshine

The Missing Sunshine (ดั่งแสงที่หายไป) is an upcoming Thai BL series from GMMTV that blends romance and action with a fantasy idea known as a Color Verse. Its hero is a hitman who sees the whole world in black and white, a condition the story calls Monochrome Visual Flicker. Every street, every face and every sunset looks grey to him.

Everything changes when he meets his soulmate, the one person who lets him see colour for real. The problem is brutal: that soulmate is the target of his next mission, a businessman tied to an illicit trade whom he has been sent to deal with. Faced with a job he cannot finish, he makes a choice that turns his life upside down and takes the other man away so the two of them can live together.

From there, a relationship slowly takes shape between them, surrounded by secrets that neither man is ready to reveal. Duty pulls one way, and the colour that has finally come into his world pulls the other.

Pond Naravit Lertratkosum plays the hitman, Noom, and Phuwin Tangsakyuen plays Navi, also called New, and Nas. GMMTV produces the series with Cholumpi Production. The project was revealed on 23 August 2026, the third and final day of the POND PHUWIN Space Soul-dyssey Concert, when the official pilot was shown to fans for the first time and then published on the GMMTV OFFICIAL YouTube channel. The series is still in preparation.
