About this archive
Manga UP! Global is Square Enix’s own international reading app, publishing English editions of titles from its library, in many cases chapter by chapter alongside the Japanese release rather than long afterwards.
It appears on this site as a reading platform rather than as a broadcaster, and that distinction is worth holding on to: a record filed here is a comic, and any screen adaptation of it is recorded separately with its own year, rating and platform list. For anyone following an adaptation backwards to its source, a credit like this one marks where the original can legitimately be read in English.
