Bank Artit Tangwiboonpanit
BIOGRAPHY
Artit Tangwiboonpanit, known as Bank (แบงค์ อาทิตย์), is a Thai actor and model from Ban Pong District in Ratchaburi province. He was born on 23 September 1990. For most of his screen career he worked under network contracts, first with Channel 3 from 2011 to 2014 and then with Channel 7 from 2015 to 2022.
His earliest credit is the 2012 horror anthology film Heaven and Hell, made of three short tales built from surveillance camera footage, where he played Mac in the segment Heaven 11. On television he played a character named Bank in Madam Dun in 2013, a Channel 3 series about an ambitious talent manager, and Lin Puey In in Cubic in 2014.
The Channel 7 years brought a run of long dramas. He played Tanpan in A Tale of Two Castles in 2016, a story set in 1943 around a feud between two noble families, and Prab Pracharuk in Hong Nuea Mung Korn in 2017. In 2018 he was Pantagarn in A Bond of Love, a wealthy man whose good looks come with a reputation for bringing tragedy wherever he goes. In 2020 he played Siwa Ratthanarith in The Envy Code, the man an heiress blackmails as the first step of her revenge. Fantasy followed with Trai in The Wand Warrior in 2021 and Deantham in Pom Pang Ban in 2022.
After Channel 7 his work spread across different outlets. He played Chivas in One Night Stand in 2023, a series about three university friends that aired on One 31 and TrueID. In 2024 he played Dr. Poramet in the film Chinatown Cha Cha, and in 2025 he played Phat in five episodes of the anthology Club Friday.
Fool in Love (คนโง่รักเข(ล)า) is his first boys’ love series. He plays Ing, the proud eldest son of the Jian family and a business prodigy whose success makes his half-brother jealous, opposite Copter Nuntapong Wongsakulyong as Yok. The series is an iQIYI original made with Tailai Entertainment, adapted from Shui Qiancheng’s Chinese novel 你却爱着一个他, and it began on iQIYI on 8 October 2026 with twenty episodes planned. The production marks the first time Bank and Copter have worked together, and the main cast credited by iQIYI Thailand also includes Guy Wasu Srimook and Ohm Natthapoom Chaisurasintawee.
I have a soft spot for actors who arrive in BL after years of big network drama, and Bank is exactly that story. He has played a man blackmailed by an heiress, a role in the fantasy The Wand Warrior and a man caught in a 1943 family feud, so a proud business prodigy tangled in a love and hate story feels like a role he has been training for all along. Twenty episodes is a long runway, and I am very curious to see where he takes Ing by the end of it.
