About this archive
Franchises in BL rarely move in a straight line. A series gets a second season, then a special that sits somewhere between the two, then a spin off for the side couple, then a movie cut of everything, and the release dates do not always match the story order. Uff. If you join late, figuring out what is required and what is bonus can take a whole evening.
Watch order articles do that homework for you. Each one takes one franchise, lays out its parts in a clear sequence, says what every part adds, marks what you can safely skip and gives the release date and platform for each step. When broadcast order and story order disagree, you get both, with the difference explained. If there is a book or comic behind the franchise, the reading order sits right next to the viewing order.
My tip: Mo Dao Zu Shi is the classic puzzle, with versions in several formats, so that guide is a lifesaver. Fourever You and Love Class have their own maps too.
