Fourever You Season 2 is the 24-episode continuation released officially as Fourever You Part 2, and it is not one story but three. Eight-episode arcs called Beside the Sky, The Sun from Another Star and Lately, It’s Winter Season aired between December 2025 and July 2026. Watch the 2024 first season before any of them.
Studio Wabi Sabi’s franchise is one of the most confusingly labelled projects in Thai BL. There is a Part 1 and a Part 2, but Part 2 is not one story, it is three. There are titles that exist twice, once as a novel and once as an arc, with the same name. There is a “Special EP” that contains no plot. And there are five source novels, four of which belong to a set called Four Doctors and one of which does not.
This guide sorts all twelve pieces into an order that works, gives the release dates for every arc, names the full cast, and marks what is optional. All broadcast dates, episode counts and platforms below come from our own title records, cross-checked against the show’s official listings.
Fourever You Season 2 release date and broadcast schedule
Fourever You Season 2 started on December 20, 2025, when the first episode of Beside the Sky aired on GMM25 at 21:30 Thailand time. That date changed late. On December 11, Studio Wabi Sabi announced the season would begin on Thursday December 18 at 20:30. A week later WeTV announced Saturday December 20 at 21:30, and December 20 is the date the first episode actually carries. Summaries that merge the announced date with the final day of the week produce a December 18 Saturday, which is not a day that existed. The three arcs then ran through the first half of 2026, eight weekly episodes each, closing in July.
The wait between the two seasons was long enough that people gave up looking. Part 1 finished in January 2025. Pilot footage for the second season appeared in February 2025. The Johan and North special landed in May 2025. Then nothing until December, when Arc 1 finally opened. Each arc afterwards had its own gap: Beside the Sky ended in early February 2026, The Sun from Another Star started March 4, and Lately, It’s Winter Season started May 14. Anyone who tried to watch the season as a continuous block was waiting through two multi-week breaks. A gap like that is not the exception it looks like: a survey of 90 BL release schedules found that half of them do not run weekly.
One naming note before the tables. The production calls it Part 2. Most databases and most viewers call it Fourever You 2 or season 2. All three refer to the same 24 episodes, and this guide uses them interchangeably.
Fourever You watch order: the full sequence
If you want the whole franchise with nothing skipped, watch in this order. This is broadcast order, and for this franchise broadcast order also happens to be the correct story order.

Ten actors carry the five couples across the two seasons. Four of them lead the 2024 series, and the other six were background friends in that season before Part 2 promoted them to leads, one pair per arc. Two names sit slightly apart from the rest. Pie Saranvut Nittayasuthi and Golf Pasatorn Lertsathitwong are the only leads who were not planted in the first season as background friends, because their novel is not one of the four compass-point books. Everyone else in the table above was already on screen in 2024, usually in the corner of somebody else’s scene.
Start here: Fourever You, the 2024 first season
Fourever You is the entry point and there is no alternative to it. Its episode count is published two different ways and both are correct. GMM25 broadcast sixteen episodes of roughly 55 minutes, weekly on Thursdays at 20:30, from October 3, 2024 to January 16, 2025. Sixteen consecutive Thursdays, no skipped weeks. The seventeenth episode, the actual finale, never aired on GMM25 at all: it went out as a WeTV exclusive, Fast Track on Saturday January 25, 2025 and general WeTV VIP access on February 1. So a listings service that tracks the television broadcast says sixteen and is right, and a database that counts the complete series says seventeen and is also right. Beyond WeTV there was an international release on Viki and episodes on Studio Wabi Sabi’s own YouTube channel. Siwaj Sawatmaneekul and Nantalit Tampacha directed.
Structurally it is an ensemble. Rather than one couple, it runs two lead romances side by side inside a northern Thai medical school: Easter and Hill (Earth Katsamonnat Namwirote and Pond Ponlawit Ketprapakorn), childhood friends turned on-and-off partners, and North and Johan (Bas Hatsanat Piniwat and Maxky Ratchata Pichetshote), whose argument over a large debt turns into something else. Tonfah, Typhoon, Arthit and Daotok are all present here, but as background. That matters: everyone Part 2 later builds an arc around is introduced in this season first.
It is the highest-rated entry on our site, at 8.5, and it holds an IMDb score of 7.9.
The Fourever You special episode: The Glowing of Love
Special Episode JohanNorth: The Glowing of Love is a two-episode standalone that premiered on May 25, 2025, roughly four months after Part 1’s finale and well before Part 2 started. Each episode runs about 52 minutes. It streamed on WeTV, with both episodes also posted free on Studio Wabi Sabi’s YouTube channel.
It is not a prequel and it does not set anything up. Johan and North are already living together, and the special trades new-romance tension for the harder work of maintaining a relationship: Johan keeps skipping meals and time at home, North’s patience runs out, and the second episode is about repair rather than escalation. Watch it after Part 1, before Part 2. Watching it earlier spoils where the couple ends up.
The optional one: the Fourever You Part 2 Special EP
Fourever You Part 2 Special EP: Beside the Sky, catalogued as Special EP0A, aired on December 11, 2025, about a week before Part 2’s first arc began. It runs roughly 44 minutes and was directed by Natthanon Kheeddee.
This is the piece that trips people up, because it carries the same name as an arc. It is a making-of: cast interviews and behind-the-scenes footage with Bever Patsapon Jansuppakitkun and Tonliew Methaphat Chimkul discussing their characters, plus a preview of Part 2’s new format. It contains no scripted plot, so skipping it costs you nothing in story terms.
Inside Fourever You Part 2: three arcs, three couples
Fourever You Part 2 runs 24 episodes and is directed by Natthanon Kheeddee, with Siwaj Sawatmaneekul moving up to executive producer. The structural change from Part 1 is the whole point: instead of one sprawling ensemble, Part 2 is three self-contained arcs of eight episodes each, one couple per arc. Easter, Hill, North and Johan stay in the picture as recurring characters rather than leads.
One thing about the arcs catches people out constantly: the episode numbers do not restart. Part 2 numbers continuously from 1 to 24 straight through all three arcs. Beside the Sky is episodes 1 to 8, The Sun from Another Star is episodes 9 to 16, and Lately, It’s Winter Season is episodes 17 to 24. A secondary per-arc number is also in circulation, which is where the confusion comes from: Thai press has run headlines of the form “Part 2 episode 11: The Sun From Another Star episode 3”, and eight plus three is eleven. Both numbers point at the same episode. If you are cross-referencing an upload titled “Ep.23”, it belongs to the third arc.
Arc 1: Beside the Sky
Beside the Sky premiered December 20, 2025, running eight weekly Saturday episodes into early February 2026 on GMM25 and WeTV. Bever Patsapon Jansuppakitkun plays Tonfah and Tonliew Methaphat Chimkul plays Typhoon, childhood next-door neighbours separated by an old family wound. After his sister’s death Typhoon was blamed rather than comforted, and the arc is about whether he can let himself be looked after. Theme song “Tai Fah Diao Kan” is performed by the two leads.
Arc 2: The Sun from Another Star
The Sun from Another Star premiered March 4, 2026, airing eight weekly Wednesday episodes into April. Oat Tharathon Phumphothingam plays Daotok, an art student who can see and hear spirits, and Ngern Anupart Luangsodsai plays Arthit, a blunt medical student who does not believe in any of it until he needs help reaching his late mother. It is the only supernatural arc in the franchise, and its official soundtrack “Khang Lai” is again sung by the leads.
Arc 3: Lately, It’s Winter Season
Lately, It’s Winter Season premiered May 14, 2026, airing eight weekly Thursday episodes into July. Pie Saranvut Nittayasuthi plays Tiger, the youngest son of a crime family, and Golf Pasatorn Lertsathitwong plays Nao, the best friend he has quietly loved for six years. It closes the season on the franchise’s longest-running unspoken feeling, and it is the only arc whose leads are new to the franchise rather than promoted from Part 1’s background cast.
The Fourever You novel series: five books by Howlsairy
Every screen story traces back to a novel by the same Thai author, who publishes as Howlvy on Dek-D and under the byline Howlsairy on the printed and e-book editions. Both names refer to one writer, and she also wrote the screenplay for the JohanNorth special. Four of the five form the set commonly called Four Doctors, each named after a compass direction and centred on one couple inside the same medical-school friend group.
The years below are first print and e-book release dates. Serialisation on Dek-D began earlier in every case, and the platform’s own story numbering suggests Lately, It’s Winter Season went online before West even though it reached print seventeen months later. So calling it the fifth novel is true of publication order, not necessarily of writing order.
- East: Tag!, You’re Mine (2018) is Easter and Hill’s story, and the first thing Howlsairy published in this world. First printed on July 5, 2018. One volume, over four hundred pages, with an official English e-book edition.
- North: How Much Is Your Love? (2019) is North and Johan’s, built on a debt of more than a hundred thousand baht and a repayment scheme that turns into a relationship. First printed on July 1, 2019, under the Thai title โจฮันนอร์ธ. Two volumes, also available as an official English e-book.
- South: Beside the Sky (first printed January 6, 2020, Thai title ต้นฟ้าไต้ฝุ่น) is Tonfah and Typhoon’s, and readers consistently name it the heaviest of the set: grief and family estrangement rather than campus comedy. Two volumes.
- West: The Sun From Another Star (first printed December 3, 2020, Thai title อาทิตย์ดาวตก) is Arthit and Daotok’s, the rowdiest and strangest, mixing ghosts, mystery and comedy. Two volumes, written for adult readers.
The fifth novel is the one that breaks the pattern. Lately, It’s Winter Season (first printed May 13, 2022, Thai title ช่วงนี้เดือนหนาว) belongs to the same connected world but is not one of the four compass-point books, which is why Tiger and Nao are not part of the original medical-school group. It is the author’s best friends to lovers story, two volumes, and it became Part 2’s third arc.
There is a small, pleasing detail buried in those Thai titles. Each Part 2 arc carries a Thai subtitle built by welding the two leads’ names together: ต้นฟ้า plus ไต้ฝุ่น, อาทิตย์ plus ดาวตก, ไทเกอร์ plus เดือนหนาว. For the first two arcs that construction happens to land on exactly the novel’s own printed Thai title. For the third it does not: the novel is ช่วงนี้เดือนหนาว and the arc is ไทเกอร์เดือนหนาว. The one book that breaks the compass pattern is also the one whose drama title stops matching it.
Chronological order versus broadcast order
For most franchises these two orders fight each other. Fourever You is unusually well behaved: the novels were written between 2018 and 2022 in the order East, North, South, West, Lately, and the screen adaptations arrived in exactly that sequence. Part 1 adapts East and North together. Part 2 adapts South, then West, then Lately. Broadcast order and publication order agree. Two things do move. The Johan and North special aired in May 2025, between the two seasons, but in story terms it is an epilogue to Part 1, so its broadcast slot and its story slot are the same. The Part 2 Special EP aired before Arc 1 but sits outside the story entirely. That leaves exactly one real decision for a viewer: whether to read the novel for an arc before or after watching it.
Our recommendation is after. The arcs compress two-volume novels into eight episodes, and readers who go in knowing the full book tend to spend the arc noticing what is missing rather than watching what is there. The exception is South: Beside the Sky, which is emotionally denser than its arc and rewards being read first if you want the version with the most interior life in it.
Can you skip season 1 and start with Fourever You 2?
You can, but you lose more than you gain. Part 2’s three arcs are self-contained enough to follow without Part 1, and the eight-episode format is far less of a commitment than seventeen hour-long episodes. The problem is that all three of Part 2’s leading couples first appear in Part 1 as friends in the background, and the pleasure of the arcs is largely the pleasure of watching people you already recognise finally get the camera turned on them.
If you only have time for one thing, watch Part 1. If you only want one arc, take The Sun from Another Star, which is the most self-sufficient of the three because its supernatural plot does not lean on prior friendships.
Fourever You Part 2: where to watch
Fourever You Part 2 broadcast on GMM25 in Thailand and streamed on WeTV, which carries the extended streaming editions of each episode. Studio Wabi Sabi also posts episodes on its own YouTube channel for international viewers, and Part 1 additionally received an international release on Viki in 2025.
Regional availability shifts more often for the arcs than it did for the first season, because each arc is licensed as its own title rather than as part of a 24-episode block.
