Howlvy

BIOGRAPHY

Howlvy is a Thai web novelist and screenwriter who publishes under the pen name Howlsairy. She is best known as the author of the “Four Doctors” series (also called “Doctor’s Set”, เซ็ตพี่หมอ) of boys’ love web novels. They form the source material for the Fourever You franchise, produced by Studio Wabi Sabi.

Howlvy publishes her work on the Thai web-novel platform Dek-D. Her works there include East: Tag!, You’re Mine (2018). North: How Much Is Your Love? and South: Beside the Sky follow. West: The Sun From Another Star and Lately, It’s Winter Season complete the list. They form the compass-direction “Four Doctors” novel cycle adapted into the Fourever You television franchise. Her novels have been read millions of times on Dek-D. Print and e-book editions come from B2S and other Thai publishers.

Her novel East: Tag!, You’re Mine is the basis for the Easter and Hill storyline of Fourever You (2024). B2S published it on July 5, 2018. North: How Much Is Your Love? provided the source material for the Johan and North storyline of the same season. It supplied the couple-focused Fourever You Specials (Johan & North). Her novels South: Beside the Sky and West: The Sun From Another Star were adapted as the first two arcs of Fourever You Part 2 (2025 to 2026). Lately, It’s Winter Season provided the source for the season’s third arc.

The first television season built from her books is Fourever You. It ran for 17 episodes of about 45 minutes on Thursdays from October 3, 2024 to January 16, 2025 on GMM25 with a simultaneous WeTV release. Siwaj Sawatmaneekul and Nantalit Tampacha directed, and the screenplay was written by Rampha Phetchart and Utchariyakorn Sirikam. The story opens with Easter enrolling at a Chiang Mai university, where his former partner Hill has become his mentor. His roommate North falls into debt after a night of drinking and is pursued by Johan.

Fourever You Part 2 turned three more of her books into 24 episodes arranged as three arcs of eight. Beside the Sky comes from the South novel and aired on Saturdays from December 20, 2025 to February 7, 2026. It follows Typhoon. His grief and distance from his family ease as he reconnects with his childhood neighbor Tonfah. The Sun from Another Star comes from the West novel and aired on Wednesdays from March 4 to April 22, 2026. It pairs a skeptical medical student with a classmate who can see spirits. The third arc arrived in 2026 and carries the title of her novel Lately, It’s Winter Season.

Howlvy is credited as screenwriter on the Fourever You Specials (Johan & North), drawn from an extra side story in her North novel. She maintains an X (Twitter) account and a Facebook page where she communicates with readers about her published and forthcoming work.

Five Howlvy novels supplied the source material for two seasons of Fourever You.

The adaptations are at Fourever You and Fourever You Part 2. The side story she adapted for screen is at Fourever You Specials (Johan & North).

In my view, the compass-direction structure is what makes Howlvy easy to follow as an author. The four directions give each book a clear place in the cycle. The screen versions treat that structure in two different ways: the first season folds two novels into a single 17 episode series, while Part 2 gives each novel its own eight episode arc. What interests me is how well the stories hold up when they are separated and recombined, which says something about how self-contained her books are. Readers who want the source first can begin with East and North and then compare them with the first season.
