North: How Much Is Your Love?

North: How Much Is Your Love? (Thai title โจฮันนอร์ธ, read as JohanNorth) is a completed Thai boys love web novel by the author Howlsairy, first serialized online in 2019. It is one of the interconnected campus romances that make up Howlsairy's wider Fourever You universe, and it is the source story behind the fan favorite Johan and North pairing later brought to screen in Studio Wabi Sabi's series adaptation.

The novel runs on a cheeky, feel good premise. North, an easygoing university student, manages to rack up a debt of more than a hundred thousand baht to Johan, a wealthy and sharp tongued senior, after a night that ends with a lot of broken, expensive property. Instead of demanding cash, Johan proposes a playful repayment scheme that puts a price on simple affection, then offers to wipe the entire debt on a single condition: that North agrees to become his boyfriend. What begins as a transaction slowly melts into the real thing, as North's laid back charm steadily wears down Johan's guarded, work stressed exterior.

Readers describe it as a light, warmhearted romance carried by witty banter, sweet messaging exchanges, and the gradual softening of a tough love interest. The story earned a devoted following on the Thai platform Dek-D, where it was published free to read, and was later released as a two volume set by the publisher Lavender. An official English language e-book edition has since been released by the author as well.

North: How Much Is Your Love? sits within Howlsairy's connected Fourever You stories and was adapted into the series Fourever You (เพราะรักนำทาง), where Johan and North also received their own spin off special, The Glowing of Love.
