About this archive
Tokyo MX wears two hats, and this page is about the production hat. The station is an independent free to air broadcaster serving Tokyo and the neighbouring prefectures, and it has its own separate page as a network, where the shows it aired are gathered.
Here, the credit is about helping to make a show. On Your Sky: Hare Nochi Koi, a Japanese remake of a Thai series, Tokyo MX is a production partner alongside Mandee Work and The Works. Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami is a different case: there the station is the broadcaster, and the production credit belongs elsewhere. Comparing the two is the easiest way to see why one company can show up in two places.
The Proper Way to Write Love Season 2 rounds things off with a gentle, comedic slice of life feel. My tip: start with Your Sky: Hare Nochi Koi, especially if you know the Thai original. Spotting what changed on the way to Japan is half the fun.
