About this archive
Ongoing is for stories that have not stopped yet. Unlike a TV series airing on a weekly schedule, these are still growing without a broadcast rhythm: a manga still being serialised, a manhua releasing chapters, a web novel the author keeps writing.
That matters when you choose what to pick up. You can start an ongoing story from the beginning and enjoy it, but it has no ending yet, and the gap between new parts depends on the author, not a network. So it is a little less predictable.
If you need a conclusion, note the title and come back later. If you love living alongside a story for a long time and do not mind that its destination is still being decided, this is your page. Many of these works are also the source for a drama or anime somewhere else, so they are a lovely way to stay with a world after the screen version ends. My tip: pick one and follow it slowly. Some stories are best enjoyed one chapter at a time, like a weekly letter from a friend.
