Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami (Japanese: やたらやらしい深見くん, Hepburn: Yatara Yarashii Fukami-kun) is a 2025 Japanese BL workplace romantic-comedy anime produced by Studio Hokiboshi for the AnimeFesta block, adapting Ayaka Matsumoto's manga. Across eight short episodes of roughly six minutes each, the anime follows Kaji Akihiro, a polished sales ace secretly a self-absorbed playboy who silently scores his colleagues, and Yu Fukami, a quiet, dishevelled IT-department colleague. When the two are paired on an overnight business trip, an unexpected encounter reveals a surprising side of Fukami and upends Kaji's view of himself, beginning an obstinate slow-burn romance between a narcissist and a deceptively beautiful otaku. It was directed by Akane Ozora, with series composition by Eiyo Kurosaki and sound direction by Akinori Shiba.
