SYNOPSIS
The Edge of Horizon (Thai: อรุณรุ่ง; RTGS: Arun Rung, meaning "Dawn") is a 2026 Thai historical boys' love (BL) drama from One31, set against the upheaval of 1932 Siam. It premieres on June 20, 2026 and airs every Saturday at 20:30 on One31, with catch-up streaming on the oneD app.
The series pairs two of One31's rising actors: In Jakkrasin Asawathanachai as Phop, a commoner who has nothing but his pride and dignity, and Ongsa Teetouch Khummueang as Thinnakon, a young man born into a family of royal lineage. They are supported by veteran performers including Chai Chatayodom, Mam Kathaleeya, and Phlengkhwan Nattaya.
A love that first bloomed in their youth is torn apart by tradition and rank. As the two grow up in a country on the edge of sweeping change, fate brings them back together, and their forbidden feelings begin to stir once more. Phop refuses to accept that the line between commoner and nobility should decide who he is allowed to love, setting up a story where dignity and royal honour are weighed against the heart.
More than a simple romance, The Edge of Horizon frames love and human dignity as things that should not be confined by rank, title, or birth. The period drama marks the debut of One31's new In and Ongsa pairing, and is presented to fans through One31 and the oneD platform.
