ใจซ่อนรัก (The Secret of Us) is the Thai Girls' Love novel by Mee Nam that the 2024 Channel 3 series adapts. The official English edition runs 657 pages, roughly 98,000 words, and there is a separate volume of special chapters.

Two women who were once together are brought back into the same room by work. One of them is a doctor; the relationship ended badly enough that neither expected to have to be professional about the other.
