Your Dear Daddy
SYNOPSIS
Sila (Fluke Pusit Dittapisit) owns Phu Saeng Dao, a farm and hotel in the hills of northern Thailand, and runs it the way a man runs a life he has quietly decided not to share with anyone: courteously, competently, at arm's length. Saithan (SaengNuea Jitaboon Ngamboonyarak) turns up in Chiang Rai looking for a clean start, younger, sharper-edged, and carrying scars from a past that was built on somebody else's lies. The two of them meet, spend a single night together, and part the next morning with the shared assumption that this was the whole of it.
It is not. A car accident leaves Saithan owing money to an influential local, and Sila settles the debt without being asked and without making a speech about it afterwards. Saithan, who has spent his adult life refusing to become anyone's obligation, insists on repaying every baht on his own terms and takes work at Phu Saeng Dao to do it. The arrangement is supposed to stay a ledger, hours in, debt down, but daily proximity does what proximity does, and the age gap between them turns into something more tangled than a simple line of authority. Around the farm, Mueanphrae (Methakarn Anektanasuwan), Maenmueang (Jakarin Puribhat), Phon (Nisachon Tuamsoongnuen) and Wipha (Namnung Suttidachanai) make up the household Saithan is slowly absorbed into, while Phayu (Nannakun Pakapatpornpob), his ex, and Gale (Ramita Kamiya) pull the past he ran from back within arm's reach.
Your Dear Daddy (Thai: เรียกแด๊ดสิธาร, also known as Riak Dad Si Than or Call Me Dad) is a 2026 Thai boys' love romance drama written and directed by Rice Natid Kaveekornwong, adapted from the novel Until You #เรียกแด๊ดสิธาร by the author credited as CEO. Produced by Make Some Noise together with Studio Wabi Sabi and WERS Entertainment, the eight-episode series premiered on May 9, 2026 and aired every Saturday at 22:30 on Channel 9 MCOT HD through June 27, 2026, with an extended streaming edition running internationally on iQIYI, where the release is rated MA. A behind-the-scenes special, Come Play, Dear Daddy (เรียกแด๊ดมาเล่น), aired on the same channel ahead of the premiere. Shot against the northern landscape and paced to match it, the series cares far less about the night the two men met than about everything that comes after: what it costs a guarded man to let himself be depended on, what it costs a proud one to accept help, and how much trust two damaged people can rebuild one ordinary day at a time.
