Marc Natarit Worakornlertsith (Thai: ณฐริศร์ วรกรเลิศสิทธิ์; born 27 March 2002), formerly credited as Pahun Jiyacharoen, is a Thai actor signed to GMMTV. He plays Chain in the 2024 university series We Are (คือเรารักกัน), paired with Poon Mitpakdee as Pun.
He made his acting debut in 2018 with a guest role in Friend Zone: The Series, then took lead roles in Blacklist (2019) as Viking and My Gear and Your Gown (2020) as Itt. Later credits include Bad Buddy (2021) as Louis, Chains of Heart (2023) as Hin, Past-Senger (2023) as Bamee, Dangerous Romance (2023) as Guy and Perfect 10 Liners (2024) as Pond.
