Rutricha Phapakithi (Thai: รัตท์ริชา ประภากิติ; born September 23, 1999), known professionally as Ciize, is a Thai actor signed to GMMTV. Born in Bangkok, she entered the entertainment industry in 2015 and earned a bachelor’s degree in Chinese for International Trade from Bangkok University in 2022.
Phapakithi was the main dancer of the girl group SIZZY, which disbanded in October 2024, alongside her acting career. She changed her professional name in 2023, having previously been credited as Apichaya Saejung, after finding her birth name associated with inaccurate information online.
She has appeared in supporting roles across GMMTV’s GL slate, including Pang in Pluto (2024) and Alpha in 23.5 (2024), making her one of the few actors to appear in both of the studio’s early Girls’ Love productions.

She changed her professional name because the internet had attached wrong information to her real one. That is a very modern reason and it is on the record.
Rutricha Phapakithi was credited as Apichaya Saejung until 2023. Renaming yourself to escape search results is not vanity, it is maintenance: once inaccurate material is indexed against a name, the practical fix is often a different name rather than a correction that never propagates.
Her screen work sits almost entirely inside GMMTV’s Girls’ Love slate. Pang in Pluto and Alpha in 23.5, both in 2024, which makes her one of very few performers in both of the studio’s first two GL productions, plus We Are the same year.
