Shogun Suppakit Wongsa
BIOGRAPHY
Shogun Suppakit Wongsa (Thai: โชกุน ศุภกิตติ์ วงศ์ษา; born 2014) is a Thai child actor and model. He appears in two 2026 productions: as Boon in the historical Boys’ Love series Love Upon a Time, and as the young Jay in Payback.
Most of his credits are young-version roles, playing the childhood self of a character carried by an adult lead in later scenes: young Prem in Cooking Crush (2023) and its uncut edition, young Ruth in the film Sokaphiwat (2025), young Mek in The Evil Lawyer (2026), and young Jay in Payback (2026). His one recurring part is Four in Love You Teacher (2026), a supporting role.
In Love Upon a Time he plays Boon, the son of Bud, across four episodes of the Ayutthaya-era storyline. The role is uncredited in the on-screen titles.
Cooking Crush was his first screen work. The twelve episode series, about third year culinary students, aired on GMM25 from November 26, 2023 to February 18, 2024, and an uncut version with the same episode count was released alongside it.
Love You Teacher followed in 2026, airing on GMM25 from March 14 to May 16 as a comedy set around a primary school. A behind-the-scenes programme and a special episode were made for the series as well.
The Evil Lawyer is an eight episode 2026 Thai legal thriller about an idealistic attorney named Mek who is framed for the murder of a police chief’s son and has to fight for his own life. The young Mek he plays appears in the first and eighth episodes, which places the character’s younger self at both ends of the story.
Love Upon a Time runs twelve episodes and follows Nakun, an unsuperstitious twenty-year-old student who is sent back nearly four hundred years to the Ayutthaya Kingdom, where he is mistaken for a man who had gone missing. Boon belongs to that Ayutthaya storyline. Love You Teacher is a ten episode series set among primary school teachers, and he plays Four in it. The film Sokaphiwat is set in a mansion deep in a forest where eight siblings are raised under the rule of their mother, Khunying Sokaphiwat, and his young Ruth is one of the roles that carry the story back to earlier years.
Shogun Suppakit Wongsa has spent most of his short career playing the childhood version of someone else’s character.
He appears as Boon in Love Upon a Time and as the young Jay in Payback, both 2026.
The exception is Love You Teacher, where he plays Four as a recurring character in his own right.
In my view the most useful way into his list is the young Mek role: a character who opens and closes an eight episode thriller is a real piece of work for a performer his age, and it shows how much of a story can rest on a short appearance.
