Methakarn Anektanasuwan (Thai: เมธกานต์ เอนกธนะสุวรรณ; born 5 April 1999), who works under the nickname Mae, is a Thai actor. She plays Mueanphrae in Your Dear Daddy (2026).
Her record begins earlier than most summaries of it allow. She appears in the short film Now here, nowhere (July 2018) as Tong and in one episode of the HBO Asia anthology Folklore (October 2018), four years before the credit that first drew attention to her. That is Faces of Anne (October 2022), the Thai psychological thriller in which the central figure is carried in turn by a rotating group of young actors, Methakarn among them.
The lead came in September 2024: Jattawa in Reverse 4 You, an eight-episode Thai girls’ love drama. She followed it with The Last Night and 4 Destiny Project, both in September 2025, and then with Your Dear Daddy, where the credit runs across all eight episodes.

Two things on this record are worth pulling out. The first is the gap. Six years separate her first credit from her first lead, and only one job sits inside it. Careers of that shape usually get described as a break, and since we have no source telling us what happened we are not going to describe it as anything. What we can say is that the 2024 lead was not a debut. This page previously gave 2024 as her debut year, which was wrong, and it has been corrected to 2018.
The second is where she sits in this catalogue. Her lead role is in girls’ love and her current role is in boys’ love. Most people indexed here belong to one half of that or the other; performers who have worked in both, and been the top-billed name in one of them, are a short list. That is the reason her page earns its place even though the Your Dear Daddy part is a supporting one.
