What happens

Third Person (Thai: ถ้อยรักคำลวง) is a Thai girls' love drama that began airing on Channel 3 on Saturday 12 September 2026. Channel 3 broadcasts each episode on Saturdays at 22:25, and an uncut version follows on the North Star Entertainment YouTube channel from 23:30. The series has 10 episodes of about 56 minutes each.

It is adapted from a web novel by SIIX and produced by North Star Entertainment.

The story centres on Chris, a woman who lost her memory in an accident four years ago. She lives with her partner Nadia, known as Dia, and the life she has rebuilt is unsettled when a new person named Sun enters it. As fragments of the past come back to her, Chris has to work out what is true and which of the relationships around her is real. Sun, a doctor, is one of the central characters in that story.

Garn Nuttacha Ratchayangkanont plays Chris, Mimie Bhapat Ahchariyasripong plays Sun and Piglet Charada Imraporn plays Nadia, with Chompooh Chutimon Prasanwan, Ploy Evarin Atichaichaowakit and Plaifa Waraha in supporting roles. The Thai title joins two ideas, words of love and words that deceive, and the official trailer asks whether the person beside you is a lover or a deceiver. Its tagline says the more the past is searched, the more lies are found, and the closer the truth gets, the less clear it is whom to believe. Each Saturday broadcast is followed about an hour later by the uncut version online, which is uploaded in four parts per episode.

A title that names its own problem

ถ้อยรักคำลวง puts words of love next to words that deceive, and the drama is built on a character who cannot check which of the two she is hearing. Chris lost her memory in an accident four years ago, so what other people tell her about her own past is the main material she has to work with. The English title, Third Person, points at the same arrangement from the outside: someone new arrives in a life that already has two people in it.

A premise that depends on revelation

Chris lives with her partner Nadia, and her recovered memories come back in pieces rather than all at once. A story told that way controls what the viewer knows through what Chris recalls, and each returning fragment can change how an earlier scene reads. The central question is not whether something happened but which version of it is true. The official trailer frames it as a choice between a lover and a deceiver, and Sun, the doctor played by Mimie Bhapat Ahchariyasripong, is the newcomer in Chris's life.

Two versions of every Saturday

Channel 3 broadcasts each episode at 22:25, and the uncut version appears on the North Star Entertainment YouTube channel from 23:30, so a viewer can watch the broadcast cut and the full cut within the same evening. The run is 10 episodes starting on 12 September 2026, so the story has a fixed length in which to answer the questions it raises. The trailer was published on 1 September 2026, eleven days before the first episode.

On the page and on screen

The series adapts a web novel by SIIX, produced by North Star Entertainment. Garn Nuttacha Ratchayangkanont, Mimie Bhapat Ahchariyasripong and Piglet Charada Imraporn lead the cast, with Chompooh Chutimon Prasanwan, Ploy Evarin Atichaichaowakit and Plaifa Waraha in supporting roles. The official highlight clips for episode 3 pick out two threads: Dia refusing to let anyone become the third person, and the sense of comfort Chris finds with Sun.

Themes

Memory and trust are the two ideas the story rests on. Chris lost her memory four years ago, so she depends on other people for the account of her own life, and that dependence turns every conversation into a question of who can be believed. The tagline sharpens it by saying that the more the past is searched, the more lies are found.

The arrival of Sun adds the second pressure. Chris lives with Nadia and has built a settled life, and a new person entering it means every returning fragment of memory has two possible readings. The title Third Person names that arrangement directly, and the drama asks which of the relationships around Chris is real.

Best scenes
