PearlPeak

PearlPeak is the pairing of Thai actors Pearl Satjakorn Chalard and Peak Peemapol Panichtamrong. The order is the broadcaster’s own: One31’s newsroom writes the pair as เพิร์ล-พีค and in Latin script as PearlPeak, and the official series account uses #PearlPeak and #เพิร์ลพีค.

They were first cast together in Love in the Moonlight (สลักรักในแสงจันทร์), a twelve-episode period romance broadcast on One 31 on Mondays and Tuesdays from 15 September to 21 October 2025, distributed internationally by GagaOOLala. Pearl played Sasin and Peak played Prince Saenkaew Na Chansaeng. It was Pearl’s first main role.

They reunited as leads for Flower Boy (หลงกลิ่นเกสร), ten episodes broadcast Saturdays on One31 and OneD from 25 April 2026, with GagaOOLala carrying it internationally from 2 May. Pearl plays the perfume-company heir Phummarak Sukontawanich, called Scent; Peak plays the flower-being Gaysorn. Both actors have also appeared together as themselves on the variety programme House 31 (2026).

The partnership is unusually lopsided in seniority. Peak has been working since 2016 and has more than twenty-five credits, including a Bangkok Critics Assembly award in 2021 for the film Please (Her), which predates the pairing entirely. Pearl’s screen career begins in 2019 and Love in the Moonlight is his first time carrying a series. The studio still credits Pearl first.

This site credits the pairing on one title record.

That record is Flower Boy, eight episodes of 53 minutes running from 25 April to 13 June 2026. Most pairings on the site carry exactly one credited record, so a single entry is the ordinary shape rather than a thin one. Pairing pages are far outnumbered by title records, which is why single credits are the rule and not the exception.

What one record can hold is visible in its genre field. Flower Boy carries romance, fantasy, drama and comedy, then adds office/workplace, confinement drama, slow burn and supernatural. Eight labels on an eight-episode run means the production is being indexed several ways at once, and a story that puts a flower being inside a perfume company needs both the workplace tag and the supernatural one to be described accurately. One31 is the studio of record, GagaOOLala is listed alongside it for distribution, and the entry is rated 13+.

Counting credits is a poor measure of a partnership on its own. One record here already carries 424 minutes of joint screen time, close to seven hours, and that figure moves the moment a second record is added.

<p>Two series, both period or fantasy rather than the campus setting Thai BL usually reaches for, and both produced in-house by One31. <em>Love in the Moonlight</em> puts the pair in a historical romance across a rank divide, a commoner and a prince, where most of the tension is in what neither character is permitted to say aloud. <em>Flower Boy</em> keeps the imbalance but moves it into the present, pairing a guarded corporate heir with a being who is not human and does not owe him anything, and the slow-burn works because Peak has the greater experience while Pearl has the greater screen time. The pairing is built on that asymmetry rather than on symmetry, which is unusual, and One31 has cast them twice.</p>

PAIR AWARDS

  • Pattaya International Film Festival, 2026 — Outstanding Rising BL Actor, awarded jointly to Satjakorn Chalard and Peemapol Panichtamrong for Love in the Moonlight (won)

Source-strength note. Only awards given to the two jointly are listed here, and each is marked won or nominated explicitly. Three awards that are commonly attached to this pairing are NOT joint and are deliberately excluded: the HUB Awards 2025 Best Performance Actor win went to Peak alone; the HUB Awards 2025 Best Period or Historical Series win went to the series, not the pair; and Peak’s Bangkok Critics Assembly 2021 Best Supporting Actor win for the film Please (Her) predates the pairing by four years. Those belong on each performer’s own page.

TRIVIA & FUN FACTS

  • Both their series are One31 in-house productions, and neither is set on a campus. A historical romance in 2025 and a romantic fantasy in 2026 is an unusual pair of assignments for a new Thai BL duo.
  • The seniority runs the wrong way round. Peak debuted in 2016 in Make It Right and has more than twenty-five credits; Pearl’s first credit is 2019 and Love in the Moonlight was his first main role. One31 still credits Pearl first.
  • Peak already had a critics’ award before the pairing existed, Best Supporting Actor from the Bangkok Critics Assembly in 2021 for the film Please (Her), which is rare for an actor associated with BL.
  • Their first fan meeting came between the two series. PearlPeak 1st Fanmeeting: Together to the Moon was held at the Phenix Grand Ballroom on 25 January 2026, four months after their debut series ended and three months before the second premiered.
  • Peak returned to the franchise that launched him. His 2026 credits include a Make It Right soundtrack contribution, a decade after the 2016 original.
  • The name is broadcaster usage. One31’s own newsroom headline for the fan meeting uses PearlPeak, so the order here is not fan coinage.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who are PearlPeak?

PearlPeak is the on-screen pairing of Thai actors Pearl Satjakorn Chalard and Peak Peemapol Panichtamrong. It is a boys’ love pairing, not a girls’ love one.

What have Pearl and Peak been in together?

Two series, both on One31: Love in the Moonlight, twelve episodes from 15 September to 21 October 2025, and Flower Boy, ten episodes from 25 April 2026. Both were carried internationally by GagaOOLala. They have also appeared together as themselves on the variety programme House 31 (2026).

Which roles do they play?

In Love in the Moonlight, Pearl plays Sasin and Peak plays Prince Saenkaew Na Chansaeng. In Flower Boy, Pearl plays Phummarak Sukontawanich, called Scent, and Peak plays Gaysorn.

Why is it PearlPeak and not PeakPearl?

Because that is the order One31 itself uses. The broadcaster’s newsroom writes เพิร์ล-พีค and PearlPeak, and the official series account uses the same order in its hashtags. We do not reorder or invent pair names, even when, as here, the second-named actor is the more senior of the two.

Are Pearl and Peak dating?

This page carries unconfirmed in the dating field. Pearl and Peak are logged as a boys’ love screen pairing, and neither actor has publicly described anything outside that.

Have PearlPeak won anything together?

One joint award: Outstanding Rising BL Actor at the Pattaya International Film Festival 2026, given to both of them for Love in the Moonlight. Several other awards often linked to this pairing went to Peak individually or to the series rather than to the pair, and those are listed on the relevant pages instead.

Have PearlPeak released music together?

No duet has been confirmed. Both known soundtrack songs from their series, ครั้งหนึ่งตลอดไป from Love in the Moonlight and ซ่อนกลิ่น from Flower Boy, are credited to Peak alone. The music video for the first features both actors, which is likely why it is sometimes described as a duet, but it is not one, so this page does not record it as a joint release.

Why does this page spell it Gaysorn?

Sources vary between Gaysorn and Kaysorn for Peak’s character in Flower Boy, and there is no single authority we could settle it against. We use one spelling consistently and note the variant here rather than switching between them.

Why are some fields on this page empty?

A citable source is missing for three of them: the pairing has no recorded fandom name, no joint Spotify link and no established year of first meeting. Release dates and labels for the two soundtrack songs are likewise unverified, so this page leaves them out rather than guessing.

Which show should I start with?

Love in the Moonlight (2025), which is where the pairing began.
