Change2561 Co., Ltd. took its name from the year it was founded. The company began on 20 April 2018, and 2561 is that year in the Thai Buddhist calendar. It is led by Saithip Montrikul Na Ayutthaya as chief executive, works from GMM Grammy Place on Sukhumvit 21 in Bangkok, and has Worarit Waijaeranai among its named key people.
It started life as a fifty fifty joint venture between GMM Grammy, through GMM Holding, and Adelfos. Both original shareholders later sold their stakes to The One Enterprise, which lists Change2561 today as one of its group companies alongside the One 31 channel and GMMTV.
