East: Tag!, You're Mine is a completed Thai boys love web novel and the story where an entire connected campus universe began. At its heart is Easter, a university student who has only just survived a painful chapter of his life. Worn down and quietly guarded, he wants nothing dramatic from his next few years, only the time and space to let an old wound heal and to be left in peace. That hard won calm is exactly what shatters when he draws the attention of Hill, the strikingly handsome and impossibly popular senior the whole campus treats as its golden boy, the kind of faculty heartthrob every student seems to know by name.

Hill, confident and used to getting what he wants, decides almost on sight that he wants Easter, and he makes no attempt to hide it. Easter has every intention of staying out of reach. No matter how charming, accomplished or persistent his pursuer turns out to be, he refuses to be chased into anything, least of all by someone so far outside his quiet orbit. The result is the playful, stubborn standoff that gives the novel its title: Hill keeps reaching out to claim him, and Easter keeps insisting he is nobody's to claim. What unfolds is a warm and frequently funny push and pull, with Hill's teasing, self assured courting slowly chipping away at Easter's defenses while hints of an old history between the two rise to the surface and quietly reframe everything the reader thought they understood about the pair.

Underneath the banter and the romantic comedy beats, the book is really about learning to trust again, about letting someone in after being hurt, and about the difference between being pursued and being genuinely cared for; its PG-13 register keeps the tone feel good and low on angst. It was written by Howlsairy, who publishes on Dek-D under the handle Howlvy, and serialized there free to read from 2018, the first of the connected Fourever You stories and the foundation everything after it was built on. The completed thirty-eight chapter novel was later collected into a single volume by the publisher Lavender, running well over four hundred pages with bonus material never posted online, and an official English language e-book has made it one of the most accessible Howlsairy titles abroad. Studio Wabi Sabi adapted it as the anchor storyline of the 2024 series Fourever You, with Earth Katsamonnat Namwirote and Pond Ponlawit Ketprapakorn playing Easter and Hill.
