BIOGRAPHY

Poomsuwan Suwansatit (Thai: ภูมิสุวรรณ สุวรรณสถิตย์; nicknamed Almond; born October 30, 2007) is a Thai actor signed to GMMTV. He attended Yothinburana School and began his entertainment career in 2024 under the agency Tia51 before transitioning to GMMTV in May 2025.

Almond made his acting debut in 2024 as Pun in the ensemble Thai drama Love Sick, starring opposite fellow newcomer Passawish “Progress” Thamasungkeeti. Their on-screen pairing was well received, and the two shared a special Rookie of the Year award at the Thailand Box Office Awards 2024 for the series. He went on to appear in the variety program Sound Check (2024) and the online special A Free Meal Chance. May Pepsi Treat You? (2025).

In 2026, Almond took his first lead role as Khanin “Ko Song” Sirithara in the GMMTV boys’ love series When Oranges Fall, once again starring opposite Progress, who plays his character’s love interest Krittin “Ko Neung” Yingkhun. The series, adapted from the novel of the same name by Littleskyofme, premiered on GMM25 on May 13, 2026.

BLGLFlix editorial view

Two newcomers shared one award for their first job, which tells you how quickly the industry decided what they were.

Poomsuwan Suwansatit, known as Almond, debuted in 2024 as Pun in Love Sick opposite Passawish Thamasungkeeti, and the Thailand Box Office Awards gave the pair a shared Rookie of the Year prize that year. In 2026 he leads When Oranges Fall, again opposite the same partner.

A prize handed to two people jointly for a single debut is not the usual shape of a rookie award, which normally singles out an individual. Giving it to both at once is the industry recognising the unit rather than either performer, before either had a second credit to be judged on.

That is how the Thai system works and it is worth being clear about it. The pairing is the product from very early, sometimes from the first audition, and an actor’s career is shaped by decisions made about the two of them together.

He was at Tia51 when the award arrived and signed to GMMTV in May 2025, along with his partner. He attended Yothinburana School in Bangkok.

His birth date, birthplace, education, debut work and three verified public accounts are all on this page.
