BIOGRAPHY
Peraphat Dhanarattananont (พีรภัทร ธนรัตนนนท์), who works as Shino (ชิโน๊ะ), is a Thai actor born on 5 September 2002. All three of his credits are Boys’ Love, and the middle one is a lead.
He debuted as Teenoi in Skinship (สัมผัสรักของเราและนาย), the six-episode series produced by 9NAA Production for LINE TV, which ran from 10 October 2020 into May 2021 and is set in a skincare clinic. He was eighteen.
Four and a half years later he took the lead in Secret Ghost (บันทึก(ลับ)รักฉบับผี), a ten-episode series carried by Viu from 19 April to 21 June 2025. He is billed first in the cast as Sia, a college student who wants to be a musician and cannot see a way to it, and whose life changes when he encounters Blue, a senior from his club who is already dead. Then in 2026 he played Suea across all ten episodes of Magic Move, the ONE 31 Boys’ Love series produced by Moonlight Glow.

The middle credit is the one to notice. He is billed first in Secret Ghost, ten episodes of it, and reading that as a step between Skinship and Magic Move flattens the single most useful thing on his record.
What the filmography shows is a career made entirely inside one genre and spread across the whole shape of the Thai distribution landscape. Skinship went out on LINE TV, a platform that has since closed in Thailand. Secret Ghost went to Viu, an international subscription streamer. Magic Move went to ONE 31, national free-to-air. Three BL productions in six years, three completely different routes to an audience. Actors in this format are often described as belonging to a platform or a studio; he does not belong to any of them.
The pattern in his roles is also worth a sentence. Skinship is set in a clinic, Secret Ghost turns on a dead friend, and Magic Move on fortune telling. Two of his three series are built on the supernatural, which is a bigger strand in Thai BL than English-language coverage of the genre tends to suggest, and Magic Move shares that ground with One Year, which premiered on a different channel five days later in 2026.
