Panutuch Saelee (Thai: ภาณุทัต แซ่หลี; born October 29, 2000), nicknamed Phet (เพชร), is a Thai actor.
Before his acting career, Panutuch was one of three Thai contestants on the JTBC K-pop boy-group survival show PROJECT 7 (2024) and later appeared on the reality competitions 9LOW ON TOP (2023) and Starlight Boys (2024) without formally debuting in a group.
In 2026, he made his acting debut in the lead role of Khun in the Korean BL drama Love Class 3, playing a Thai star who travels to Korea seeking a fresh start and grows close to a fellow cast member despite the risks to both their careers; the cast, including Panutuch, also recorded the series’ theme songs.

Panutuch Saelee competed on 9LOW ON TOP in 2023, JTBC’s PROJECT 7 in 2024 as one of three Thai contestants, and Starlight Boys the same year. None of them produced a group. His acting debut, in 2026, is Khun in Love Class 3, a Thai star who moves to Korea looking for a fresh start.
The distance between that character and the person playing him is very short, and the production almost certainly knew it. Casting someone into a fictional version of what they actually did is cheap authenticity, and it works when the performer has genuinely lived the awkwardness of being the foreigner in a Korean system.
The training was not wasted either. The cast recorded the series’ theme songs, so the years of vocal preparation that never produced a debut ended up being used on a drama set instead. That is a more common ending to a survival-show career than any of those programmes advertise.
