Carmen Ngai (倪嘉雯) is a Hong Kong actress, television host, singer and model. She was born on 21 November 1995 in Hong Kong, attended S.K.H. Lam Kau Mow Secondary School, and graduated from United College at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She began making online video content around 2019 and joined TVB in April 2020 under an artiste contract. Her television work includes hosting the children’s programme Hands Up and the magazine show Think Big 天地, together with roles in Take Two, Ghost Cleansing Ltd, Stranger Anniversary, The Queen of News, No Room for Crime and Forensic Heroes Season 6. In 2024 she took a main role in the TVB Jade series The Taste of Us (我們家的料理) alongside Zeno Koo and Mason Fung, and hosted the programme Funny Funny Home. She received the Best New Female Artiste award at the 2025 TVB Anniversary Awards. In 2026 she was selected as one of six members of the TVB girl group MYNT, formed through the competition programme Magic Voice.

Carmen Ngai moved into music through the TVB competition programme 魔音女團, which produced the six member girl group MYNT. The group was renamed MYNT in June 2026 and released its debut single Turn My Magic On, with an accompanying official music video, roughly two months after the programme ended.
