BIOGRAPHY
Lilly Sarinya Olsson (Thai: ลิลลี่ สรินยา ออลสัน) is a Thai actor, production manager and stage manager. She plays Karn in the 2026 revenge thriller Payback, appearing across all ten episodes. The production’s X account announced the casting, billing her as “LILLY SARINYA OLSSON as KARN” alongside Francis Tanarit Photkanawat as Kavin.
She holds a Bachelor of Communication Arts in performing arts from Bangkok University and a master’s degree in management taken jointly through the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and Chulalongkorn University. She works as a freelance performer rather than an agency artist, and her professional identity spans both sides of the camera: production manager and stage manager as well as actor.
Her screen career begins in 2023 with a guest appearance in 7 Days Before Valentine. In 2024 she played Nan, an online gambler, across eight episodes of 4MINUTES, and Toon in Never Enough.
In 2026 she appears in Necromancer across ten episodes, in The Evil Lawyer as a gynecologist, and in the film THE (UN)FADED as The Carer, alongside Payback and the announced An Affair of Life. She posts on Instagram as lillyolsson. Her registered name is Sarinya Inger Olsson.
Payback follows Sun, a former debt collector who now works as a delivery rider. He discovers that his ex-boyfriend Bank has become an actor under the name Sunny, and he enters the entertainment industry to get close enough to take revenge. Jay, a senior director at Dream Entertainment, becomes entangled in his plan. The series ran for ten episodes on One 31 from May 30 to August 1, 2026, and iQIYI carried it internationally. Woodie Pongchaiphat Sethanand directs, and Raize Up Production, A Plan International Group, Kidari Studio and Copus Japan stand behind it.

She plays Karn in all ten episodes of Payback. Her 2024 role as Nan, an online gambler, ran for eight episodes of 4MINUTES, which Sammon wrote and Rungrapee Kingkaew produced. Both are credited on Payback.
Her casting was announced by the production’s own X account in Thai and English at once, in the same post as Francis Tanarit Photkanawat as Kavin.
She is one of two women in the full ten-episode cast, the other being Nook Suttida Kasemsant Na Ayutthaya as Pavinee.
In my view Lilly’s profile is defined by range behind and in front of the camera. Production manager and stage manager are jobs that decide whether a set runs on time, and an actor who has done them tends to bring that awareness to the scene. What stayed with me is the pace of 2026: Necromancer, The Evil Lawyer, THE (UN)FADED and Payback, each with a clearly different character, from a carer to a gynecologist to Karn. If I had to pick one starting point, I would begin with 4MINUTES for Nan and then move to Payback.
I value that her list moves from a single guest appearance in 2023 to full ten episode runs by 2026. Every step of that progression is visible on screen, which makes her career easy to follow. This is my opinion as an editor and not a statement about her plans.
