Max Kornthas Rujeerattanavorapan
BIOGRAPHY
Max Kornthas Rujeerattanavorapan (Thai: แม็ค กรธัสส์ รุจีรัตนาวรพันธ์; born October 25, 1993) is a Thai actor, model, and television host signed to Domundi TV. His credits run from Why R U? in 2020 to four separate 2026 productions.
He was born in Bangkok and studied civil engineering at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi rather than taking a performing-arts route. He made his screen debut in 2017 with a guest part in Diamond Eyes, but the career took hold in 2020, when he played Dew in Why R U?: The Series.
From there he became a fixture of the Domundi roster: Sun in Y-Destiny (2021), Titan in Close Friend (2021), and the role he is best known for, Yi (Phayak Chatdecha Chen) in Cutie Pie (2022), which he carried through to Naughty Babe (2023) as a lead. He also appeared as Thai in Two Worlds (2024), Thorn in Zomvivor (2025) and Sun in Suntiny (2025).
In early 2022 he changed his given name from Saran to Kornthas after consulting a Buddhist monk. Credits from before the change carry the earlier name.
2026 is his densest year: Pen-neung, Jay’s best friend, in Payback; Lalit in ChermChey; X in Duang with You; and Song/Sam Traiphop Adisuan in Your Third, the only lead among the four. His Domundi work also extends to hosting, on programmes including DMD Friendship The Reality.
Cutie Pie aired on Workpoint TV, with season one running from 19 February to 14 May 2022 in twelve episodes and season two following in four episodes from 6 to 27 January 2023. Domundi and Aplan International Group produced it and Aoftionz Kittipat Champa directed. Pruk Panich and Chawarin Perdpiriyawong lead the cast as Lian and Kuea, Max plays Yi, Lian’s best friend, and Natasit Uareksit plays Kondiao, Kuea’s best friend.
In 2023 he also took the main role of Jimmy in Love Me Again and a supporting part in Boyband, and appeared in the travel and reality projects Y Journey: Stay Like a Local and Marry’s Mission.
ChermChey premiered on 19 May 2026 on TrueVisions Now and GagaOOLala, ten episodes directed by Thanamin Wongskulphat and produced by Copy A Bangkok in partnership with Domundi TV. Koraphat Lamnoi plays Intha and Prarinyakorn Kansawa plays Akara, called Erng, a young bar owner who travels to Taiwan after a betrayal and meets Intha there. Your Third premiered on 26 July 2026 on GMM 25 and iQIYI, twelve episodes from a novel by Laila, again under director Thanamin Wongskulphat. Max plays Traiphop Adisuan, a young farm owner who leaves home after heartbreak and isolates himself on an island in southern Thailand, and Natasit Uareksit plays Jiranat Ikegawa, the assistant his brother sends to bring him back.
Max Kornthas works on productions made by his own agency and on one made by outside companies.
Domundi TV is his agency and is also listed as a producer on Your Third and ChermChey, where he has a lead and a supporting place respectively.
Payback is the exception. Its producers include Raize Up Production, Kidari Studio and Fuji Television Network, and Domundi is not among them. He appears there in a guest role.
The sequence of his parts runs from named supporting roles to a character who carries across two series. Dew in 2020, then Sun and Titan in 2021, led to Yi in Cutie Pie in 2022 and again as a lead in Naughty Babe in 2023, so one role spans two productions in consecutive years. The 2026 slate then spreads across four productions, and the four positions differ: a guest part in Payback, Lalit in ChermChey, X in Duang with You and the single lead, Song/Sam Traiphop Adisuan in Your Third. Hosting on programmes such as DMD Friendship The Reality adds a third kind of work beside acting and modelling.
What I notice across his list is how often the same faces return around him. Natasit Uareksit is in both Cutie Pie and Your Third, and Thanamin Wongskulphat directed both Your Third and ChermChey. If I were picking a first watch, I would go to Cutie Pie to meet Yi, then to Your Third to see how he carries a series of his own.
