What happens

Knot (Thai: นอต) is a Thai boys' love series set in an omegaverse world. Phatsa, an ordinary man, learns that alphas, betas and omegas exist after Nakhun, a True Alpha heir, bites him. The bite forms a bond between two strangers that neither can easily undo, and a rule hangs over it: completing the bond puts both of their lives at risk.

Oat Pasakorn Sanrattana plays Phatsa Rattanatharin and Boat Yongyut Termtuo plays Nakhun Devathitirat. Theme Phubeth Atarunwong plays Nakhin Devathitirat, Thee Teerawat Tanacom plays Ongsa Sirikarn, Minnt Wwaranluckk Phonpawiworaqul plays Amintra Jirapraphawong and Folk Jakrin Sangruan plays Sangnuea Suriyakul. Nakhun and Nakhin carry the same family name, Devathitirat.

Mflow Entertainment produced the series and announced it on 6 October 2025, describing it as Thailand's first real Omegaverse. It is an original production and not an adaptation of a novel, manga or webtoon, and the story is told in Thai. The series has one season.

The twelve episodes aired on Tuesdays from 30 June 2026 and finished on 15 September 2026, eleven weeks after the first broadcast. Channel One31 broadcast each episode at 22:30, the uncut version streamed on iQIYI at 23:00, and a clean version repeated on Thursdays at 23:00 on the Mflow Entertainment YouTube channel.

A bond that arrives before the relationship

Most romances build toward a commitment. Knot starts with one. Nakhun, a True Alpha heir, bites Phatsa, and the bond that follows ties two strangers together before they have shared more than a few words. In the same moment Phatsa learns that alphas, betas and omegas exist at all, so he takes in a hidden social order and a bond he never asked for at once. The premise turns the usual sequence around: the series has to build the acquaintance after the attachment, not before it.

A rule that raises the cost of closeness

The bond comes with a lethal condition. Completing it puts both men's lives at risk, which makes moving closer the dangerous act and staying apart the safe one. That gives the story a source of tension that does not depend on a misunderstanding or an outside obstacle, because the obstacle sits inside the relationship itself. The announcement carried the same pairing of pull and danger, with possession and fate on one side and love piercing the divide on the other.

Directors and pilot

Zelynn Korrachanok Bunma and Film Wanchanaphun Paithun are credited as directors. Before the broadcast, MFlow Entertainment released an official prelude, an official pilot and an official trailer on its YouTube channel, so viewers could meet Phatsa and Nakhun before the first Tuesday episode. The pilot gave the bite and its consequences a public introduction well ahead of the premiere.

An original story

Knot was built as an original story rather than an adaptation of existing material, and its twelve episodes ran across eleven weeks of Tuesday broadcasts. Because no source text sits behind it, the series sets its own rules for how the bond works and what it costs. The two men at the centre of that bond are played by Oat Pasakorn Sanrattana as Phatsa and Boat Yongyut Termtuo as Nakhun, and Boat Yongyut also performs the theme song, Bonding.

Themes

Knot builds its drama on a bond that comes first and a relationship that has to catch up. Phatsa grew up without knowing that alphas, betas and omegas exist, so the bite from Nakhun hands him a hidden social order and a tie to a stranger in the same night. The omegaverse setting works as the series' source of structure: rank and instinct decide who holds power, and Nakhun, a True Alpha and the first heir of a powerful family, sits at the top of that order.

The condition attached to the bond gives the premise its pressure. Completing it puts both lives at risk, so closeness and danger are the same thing, and the story's central question is how two people who did not choose each other decide what to do with a connection that cannot easily be undone.

Interesting facts

The announcement carried this tagline: "Alpha hunts with the hunger of possession, Omega submits in the shadow of fate. But when love pierces the divide, who then wears the mark of prey?" The theme song Bonding (พันธนาการรัก), performed by Boat Yongyut, has an official music video on the MFlow Music YouTube channel.
