LOVEx3 (หลักสูตร (รัก) ภาคบังคับ, literally Compulsory (Love) Curriculum) is a Thai Boys’ Love series that premiered on Channel 9 MCOT HD on 16 August 2026. It runs fifteen weekly episodes on Sunday nights, with international streaming on iQIYI.

The framing device is a school that has made love a mandatory subject. Everything takes place at Thapfa Wittayanusorn, and the series follows six students across three separate romances rather than one central couple: Physics Kittiteerawat (Krit Ngamtanakijja), Fuen, full name Tinnaphat Phichitchainon (Phop Pongphop Samranchaiyakorn), Din, full name Phudin Assawaphalakul (Pao Pichitchai Limpakuptathaworn), Star, full name Satayu Siriwatthanawongphaisan (Tonkla Saharat Sirithumkunti), Aof, full name Akkharawit Charoenwet (NJ Deeprompt Soontornsittisopa), and Chemi Kittiteerawat (Chok Ditheechok Wongbunditjaroen).

The three stories cover three stages of the same problem: feelings that were never returned, a promise made years earlier that nobody ever released anyone from, and a relationship that has to survive the move out of high school and into university.

The production comes from tia51 and adapts LOVE ยกกำลัง 3, a group of novels by Chiffon_cake, folding three of them into a single fifteen-episode run. Filming was completed in July 2026, a little over two months after it began.

tia51 announced the series in December 2025 with an official pilot that starred Sangcharoen Jirappapa and Tatchapong Chotchaicharin as one of the lead pairs, but both actors left the project before filming began. Their roles were recast, and the replacement pairing was revealed in the official trailer in June 2026.

Three romances share every episode of a fifteen-week Sunday run.

Anthology BL usually runs each story in its own block, so the audience follows one couple at a time. Here the three run in parallel, and every episode carries all three.

The three stories sit at different stages rather than being variations on the same meeting. One is unrequited, one turns on a promise made years ago, and one carries a relationship out of school and into university.

Worth knowing: the pair introduced in the December 2025 pilot are not the pair in the series. Both actors left before filming and the roles were recast, so material from the pilot no longer reflects the cast.

Three separate novels by one author were folded into a single school.

LOVE ยกกำลัง 3 is a set of novels by the Thai author Chiffon_cake. The production brings three of those stories together at one fictional campus, Thapfa Wittayanusorn, which is why every episode carries all three couples at once.

The conceit runs into the names as well. Physics and Chemi, who share the surname Kittiteerawat, are both called after subjects on a timetable. It is a small signal that the school framing reaches past the setting and down into what these characters are called.

The project spent longer in public with a cast it did not keep than it spent filming. tia51's pilot went out on 5 December 2025, fronting Sangcharoen Jirappapa, known as EiK-Q, and Tatchapong Chotchaicharin, known as Patto. The pairing that actually appears was not shown until the official trailer on 28 June 2026, close to seven months later, which is why promotional material from the first half of that period does not match the series.
