BIOGRAPHY

Chokun Puttipong Jitbut (โชกุน พุทธิพงษ์ จิตบุตร), who goes by Chokun, is a Thai actor signed to GMMTV. He was born on 20 October 2005. His scripted credits begin in 2023 with a guest part in the twelfth episode of Hidden Agenda, where he played the younger brother of a character called Joke, and they now reach eight titles, the latest of them the GMMTV series 17th Spring.

Later in 2023 he took the supporting role of Kat in Wednesday Club, a twelve-episode series that aired on GMM25 and Viu from 6 November to 12 December 2023. Chainarong Tampong directed it, each episode ran about 43 minutes, and the main cast was led by Ohm Pawat Chittsawangdee as Kong and Nani Hirunkit Changkham as Palee.

The next year gave him two further parts. In My Love Mix-Up! he played Half, described in the cast notes as the closest friend of Atom, blunt and playful yet always ready to help. The series aired on GMM25 and Viu on Fridays from 7 June to 23 August 2024 over twelve episodes, with Kornprom Niyomsil directing, Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul as Atom and Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak as Kongthap. Later that summer he appeared as Ride in the third episode of Peaceful Property, a guest credit in a twelve-episode series that aired on GMM25 and Viu from 28 August to 13 November 2024. Jarupat Kannula directed it, and Thitipoom Techaapaikhun and Tawan Vihokratana played Home and Peach.

His first billing among the main cast came in 2025 with Boys In Love (เปิดเทอมใหม่ หัวใจหัดรัก), which aired on GMM 25 from 20 April to 6 July 2025 in twelve episodes of about 46 minutes. Waa Waasuthep Ketpetch directed and also wrote. Chokun played Kim, whose full name is Kimhan Phanurak, and he is billed third of four main roles, after Mick Metas Opas-iamkajorn as Shane and Luke Peemsan Sotangkur as Kit, and ahead of Aston Ratiphat Luengvoraphan as Mon.

Hearts in Play followed on 14 July 2025. It has six episodes of about three minutes each and was directed by Gink Benjaphan Rungsubhatanond. Chokun played Ryu and Aston played Win, both as main roles.

From 25 August 2025 to 2 March 2026 he appeared as Benz in MuTeLuv, an anthology of seven stories with four episodes each, 28 episodes in all. It aired on GMM 25 and was also released on YouTube and TrueVisions NOW, produced by GMMTV with Parbdee Taweesuk.

In 17th Spring (ใบไม้ผลิปีที่ 17) he plays Than, whose full name is Thanthara Sindhupan. Than is a rebellious student at the school where Marn, played by Aston, arrives as a transfer. The series adapts a Thai web novel of the same name and has been announced as a GMMTV production for GMM25.

Two threads run through the list. Chokun and Aston share the main cast of Boys In Love and Hearts in Play, so 17th Spring is the third production to put them together, and the first in which the two sit at the centre of the story. Papang Phromphiriya Thongputtaruk is credited alongside him in four titles: Wednesday Club as Karn, My Love Mix-Up! as Anop, Boys In Love as Tan and 17th Spring as Nathi.
