BIOGRAPHY

Chayapol Jutamas (Thai: ชยพล จุฑามาศ; born 9 March 2001 in Bangkok), known as AJ, is a Thai actor signed to GMMTV with thirty-seven credits. He is the twin brother of the actor JJ Chayakorn Jutamas, and he took a degree in cyber business management.

He first appeared on television in 2016 and made his acting debut in June 2018 as Ton across twelve episodes of ‘Cause You’re My Boy, returning to the character in Our Skyy that November. The same year brought Jack in The Gifted (thirteen episodes) and Ta in Friend Zone (sixteen), and he reprised Jack in The Gifted: Graduation in 2020.

The boys’ love credits run through his filmography: JJ in He’s Coming To Me (2019), Non in Dark Blue Kiss (2019), Jeans in Fish Upon The Sky (2021), Wasuwat in The Eclipse (2022) and Wat in both Our Skyy 2 and its dedicated Our Skyy 2: The Eclipse instalment (2023), Kot in Hidden Agenda (2023), Dome in My Golden Blood (2025), Mawin in Burnout Syndrome (2025) and Game in Moonshadow (August 2026). He also plays Ton in 23.5 (2024), GMMTV’s first girls’ love series.

Outside the genre he has played Mek across eighteen episodes of Home School (2023), Wang Chao across twelve of Wednesday Club (2023), Knot across sixteen of High School Frenemy (2024), Paul across ten of Revamp: The Undead Story (2025) and Wanlop across ten of Match Point (July 2026). He was also the main host of School Rangers across twenty-five episodes in 2024. Three further credits are Plan B to U, How to Survive My CEO and Roommate Chaos.

AJ has returned to the same character three times across spin-offs and sequels.

Ton appears in ‘Cause You’re My Boy and Our Skyy, Jack in The Gifted and The Gifted: Graduation, and Wat in Our Skyy 2 and Our Skyy 2: The Eclipse. His 2023 credits run from Hidden Agenda and Home School to Wednesday Club, covering romance, school drama and ensemble casts within one year.

The episode counts of his acted series sit in a narrow band: ten for Revamp and Match Point, twelve for Wednesday Club, sixteen for Friend Zone and High School Frenemy, and eighteen for Home School. Only the hosting job in School Rangers, at twenty-five, goes beyond it. His 2018 is worth counting too: ‘Cause You’re My Boy in June, then The Gifted, Friend Zone and Our Skyy by November, four productions in his first calendar year as an actor. In 2026 two ten-episode series reach screens within about three weeks of each other, Match Point on 26 July and Moonshadow on 12 August.

In my view his filmography reads best as two tracks. One is the boys’ love track from Dark Blue Kiss in 2019 to Moonshadow in 2026, where the character changes with each series. The other is the returning track, where he comes back to Ton, Jack and Wat, and I find those returns more telling than the long list of credits.

What stayed with me is the hosting job. School Rangers across twenty five episodes in 2024 is the one place where he appears as himself rather than as a character, and it ran in the same year as High School Frenemy and 23.5.

If you are new to him, I would start with Our Skyy 2 and Our Skyy 2: The Eclipse for the most recent return to a character, and then Moonshadow for the newest work.
