Papang Phromphiriya Thongputtaruk

Papang Phromphiriya Thongputtaruk (พรหมพิริยะ ทองพุทธรักษ์), known as Papang (ปาแปง), is a Thai actor and model. He was born on 18 February 1993. His route into acting began with a 2013 contest called Dutchie Boys and Girls. In 2014 he signed with Channel 7 as an actor, and in 2019 he became a GMMTV artist, which is where most of the credits below sit.

His part in Not Me (2021) was Gumpa. The series aired on Sundays at 20:30 on GMM25 and AIS Play from 12 December 2021 to 20 March 2022, in fourteen episodes of 40 to 50 minutes. Anucha Boonyawatana, credited as Nuchie, directed it, with Gun Atthaphan Phunsawat as Black and White and Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn as Sean.

In Astrophile (2022) he played Saimok, the elder brother of the heroine Nubdao. It ran on GMM 25 from 1 June to 3 August 2022 in eighteen episodes of about 40 minutes, with Koo Ekkasit Trakulkasemsuk directing, Vachirawit Chivaaree as Kimhan and Davika Hoorne as Nubdao.

The year 2023 brought the most credits. In Home School he was Master Champ, a role in the story of thirteen selected students at an isolated forest boarding school; the series aired on GMM25 and Prime Video from 9 June to 4 August 2023, eighteen episodes of 55 minutes, directed by Kanittha Kwunyoo. In Moonlight Chicken he played Beam. That series premiered on 8 February 2023 and ended on 2 March, with eight episodes of 60 to 75 minutes on GMM 25 and Disney+ Hotstar, directed by Noppharnach Chaiyahwimhon, known as Aof. He also took the supporting role of Karn in Wednesday Club, which aired on GMM25 and Viu from 6 November to 12 December 2023 under director Chainarong Tampong, and appeared as Saifah in Dangerous Romance.

In 2024 he played Anop, a teacher, in the twelve-episode My Love Mix-Up!, which aired on GMM25 and Viu on Fridays from 7 June to 23 August 2024 and starred Fourth Nattawat Jirochtikul and Gemini Norawit Titicharoenrak. A supporting part as Tan followed in Boys In Love, the twelve-episode GMMTV series that aired on GMM 25 from 20 April to 6 July 2025.

His 2026 credits are 17th Spring, where he is cast as Nathi, and Billionaire Biker, where he has a supporting role. Both are GMMTV productions announced for the 2026 line-up.

Two patterns stand out when the credits are laid side by side. Fourth and Gemini are both in the cast of Moonlight Chicken in 2023, and Papang is in that cast with them. A year later the same two actors lead My Love Mix-Up!, and Papang is in that cast too. He also shares four productions with Chokun Puttipong Jitbut: Wednesday Club, My Love Mix-Up!, Boys In Love and 17th Spring.
