What happens

Dean (William Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong) is a charming playboy. When his friend Ten (Barcode Tinnasit Isarapongporn) asks him to win over Moth (Est Supha Sangaworawong), an aloof young artist, Dean takes it on. Moth is not interested, and that indifference sets off Dean's competitive streak and turns the plan into something neither of them expected.

The friend group around them includes Pan (Kin Thanachai Sakchaicharoenkul), Ohm (Aun Napat Patcharachavalit), Boom (Stamp Panachkorn Rueksiriaree) and Hun (Ryu Phudtripart Bhudthonamochai). Dean's friend Ten sets the plan going, so the pursuit begins as a favour between friends. The cast also includes Kirati Puangmalee as Jo, Bright Rapheephong Thapsuwan as Mes and Thishar Thurachon as Duen.

You Maniac reunites William Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong and Est Supha Sangaworawong after ThamePo: Heart That Skips a Beat, and the two perform the opening theme themselves.

The theme is called Red Flag, the phrase for a warning sign, which suits a story about a playboy pursuing someone who has already said no. Dean is the charmer and Moth is the artist who is unmoved by charm, and the leads sing the song that frames that setup.

GMMTV produces the series with Parbdee Taweesuk, with Prang Sasinan Pattana directing. Barcode Tinnasit Isarapongporn plays Ten, the friend who starts the plan, and Kin Thanachai Sakchaicharoenkul plays Pan. Episodes air weekly on Saturdays through 31 October 2026, ten in all.

The plan that opens the story is a favour between friends, and it arrives in front of a crowd. With Ten, Pan, Ohm, Boom and Hun around Dean, the pursuit of Moth is never a private matter, and the friend group is part of the pressure on both leads. Themes

Names carry most of the argument here. A moth is the creature that cannot help going towards the light, and the series hands that name to the character who keeps his distance. The circling is left to Dean instead, so the two of them have swapped the roles their names would predict before either has said a word.

Their occupations sharpen it. Moth is an artist, which is work that puts the object of attention outside the person making it, while Dean's currency has always been himself. One of them produces things worth looking at, and the other has only ever offered the view.
