New Thitipoom Techaapaikhun (Thai: นิว ฐิติภูมิ เตชะอภัยคุณ; born January 30, 1993) is a Thai actor, model, singer, and television host signed to GMMTV, and one half of the long-running on-screen acting partnership TayNew with Tay Tawan Vihokratana. He plays Achirawit “Achi” Jittawisut in Cherry Magic 30 ยังซิง (2023-2024), the Thai adaptation of Yuu Toyota’s BL manga, and has worked continuously in Thai television for over a decade.

He was born in Bangkok but did his secondary education in the south of the country, at Hat Yai Witthayalai School in Songkhla Province. He then read electrical engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at Chulalongkorn University, and later took a master’s degree in business administration at the same university’s Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, an unusually heavy academic record for a working actor.

He entered the industry as a model, began presenting Bang Channel’s Five Live Fresh in 2013, and made his acting debut in 2014 in Room Alone 401-410 as Ray. His breakthrough character was Kao, carried across Kiss: The Series (2016), Kiss Me Again (2018), the special Our Skyy (2018) and finally Dark Blue Kiss (2019), where he took a lead. He also hosted TayNew Meal Date (2018-2019), the food-travel show that turned the pairing into a format: he fronted it first, judged the concept flat, and invited Tay Tawan as a guest, after which producers rebuilt it as a two-hander.

In parallel he built a substantial non-BL filmography: Em in SOTUS (2016) and SOTUS S (2017), the lead Apo in Water Boyy (2017), Alex in The Warp Effect (2022), the lead Saharat “Home” Vimarnsukman in Peaceful Property (2024), Friendshit Forever (2024) and A Dog and a Plane (2026) as Khanit Sakdatawee. He has also appeared on film, in WaterBro (2018) and Classic Again (2020). He remains on the GMMTV roster: the studio’s GMMTV 2026 lineup event in November 2025 announced him for Replay and Good Boy, both alongside Tay Tawan.

He records as a solo artist for GMMTV Records. His catalogue includes ไม่มีนิยาม (No Definition) (2019) with Tay Tawan, มีรัก for Classic Again (2020), the Cherry Magic themes แอบตะโกน (Loudest Love) and พลังวิเศษของคนไม่พิเศษ (Everything is Magic) (2023), and Fly with Me, Free My Heart for A Dog and a Plane (2026). Outside performing he runs the clothing label Newwave and co-owns the spa business Bamboo Secrets. GMMTV lists him at 177 cm (5’10”) and 68 kg (150 lbs), and he speaks Thai natively.
