What is airing this week
The Crow Club is the newest arrival. It premiered on 18 September 2026 and airs Fridays at 22:30 ICT on One31, with the uncut version on Netflix and the oneD app from 23:30 the same night. The run is sixteen episodes and closes on 1 January 2027.
Thai broadcast carries the bulk of the week. WEIRDO-101, a GMMTV production, airs Fridays at 20:30 on One31 and on the TrueVisions NOW app, ten episodes running to 16 October 2026. Saturday carries two: You Maniac at 20:30 on GMM25, with the episode on the oneD app at 21:30 the same night, ten episodes to 31 October 2026, and Mr. Fanboy on One 31 with international streaming on iQIYI, twelve episodes to 14 November 2026. Sunday carries three: Match Point at 20:30 ICT on GMM25 with the oneD rerun at 21:30, ten episodes to 27 September 2026; Your Third at 22:30 ICT on GMM25 with the uncut version on iQIYI at 23:30, twelve episodes to 11 October 2026; and LOVEx3 on Channel 9 MCOT HD with international streaming on iQIYI, fifteen episodes to 22 November 2026. GELBOYS is in its second season on One31 and iQIYI and closes on 26 September 2026.
Outside Thailand, Ash runs weekly on Youku from Hong Kong, nine episodes to 2 October 2026. Japan has two late-night broadcasts: Hold on, Harutora-kun on MBS, eight episodes to 1 October 2026, and Your Sky: Hare Nochi Koi on TOKYO MX, nine episodes to 26 September 2026. Summertime releases two episodes a week on wavve in South Korea and closes on 25 September 2026.
Nour is the web series on a fixed slot, Wednesdays at 20:00 ICT on WeTV, ten episodes to 14 October 2026. A web series release pattern changes more often than a broadcast slot does, so the platform’s own listing is the authority on episode dates.
Just finished
Kiss or Kill and Connecting to You both closed on 18 September 2026, the first after ten episodes on GagaOOLala and YouTube, the second after thirteen episodes on Viki, GagaOOLala, iQIYI, friDay影音 and MyVideo. Your Summer, My Storm finished ten episodes on TV Asahi on 12 September, Mr. Kill ten episodes on GMM25 on 8 September, and The Edge of Horizon its eleven-episode run on One31 on 29 August. Further back, A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring Hills’ Dream closed sixteen episodes on GagaOOLala on 21 August, Payback ended ten episodes on One31 on 1 August, and When Oranges Fall finished twelve episodes on GMM25 on 29 July. All of them can be started and finished without waiting.
What “ongoing” means
The word gets used two ways, and the difference matters when you are searching.
Most people typing “ongoing BL series” mean a drama that is releasing new episodes this week, and that is what the list below shows.
Separately, “ongoing” describes source works that are still being published chapter by chapter, such as Cherry Magic! Thirty Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?! (Manga), Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami (Manga) and Mo Dao Zu Shi (Manhua). A manga that is still running is ongoing in a way a finished drama is not, and collapsing the two into one label would make both useless.
A production is upcoming, on air, ongoing, completed, delayed or cancelled. A title moves to on air the day it broadcasts and to completed when its final episode lands.
What the list below shows
The list underneath this article holds the BL series releasing new episodes this week and nothing else. When a drama finishes, it leaves the list on its own. When a new one starts broadcasting, it appears there without this page being edited.
That is deliberate. A hand-typed table of what is airing is wrong within a fortnight. The prose above dates itself on purpose; the list does not.
An announced title with nothing but a name and a lineup slide is a headline, not a series to plan a weekend around. Shows with confirmed episode counts, air dates and platform links are the ones that hold up.
Recent BL series that finished in 2026
If you want something you can start and finish in a weekend, both of these are completed 2026 series.
Payback closed its ten-episode One31 run on 1 August 2026, with iQIYI carrying it abroad. A Thai broadcast BL financed partly out of Korea and Japan is a route that did not exist a few years ago, and several of the remaining 2026 announcements rest on the same foundation of a finished webtoon or web novel. The rest of the 2026 BL schedule
Most of the 2026 BL slate still has no premiere date, and that is a scheduling practice rather than a secret.
The largest single block came from GMMTV, named at its annual Magic Vibes Maximized lineup event in Bangkok on 26 November 2025. The BL titles named there were Scarlet Heart Thailand, You Maniac with William Jakrapatr and Est Supha, I Will Always Save You with Jimmy Jitaraphol and Sea Tawinan, Gunshot with Off Jumpol and Gun Atthaphan, The Spooky Love Tale, Cupid’s Ghost with Earth Pirapat and Mix Sahaphap, The Invisible Dragon with First Kanaphan and Khaotung Thanawat, Mr. Kill with Dew Jirawat and Tee Teeradej, Kiss Me, Remember?, Good Boy Series, Weirdo-101, When Oranges Fall and 17th Spring. Of those, the ones that have reached broadcast are When Oranges Fall, which ran to 29 July 2026, Mr. Kill, which ran to 8 September 2026, Weirdo-101, running to 16 October 2026, and You Maniac, running to 31 October 2026.
Korea contributes four 2026 BL dramas as a single licensing package rather than a dated schedule. The studios, the source works and the release order are set out in Korean BL Dramas: The Complete List (2026).
Some announced titles will slip. Rescheduling after a lineup event is routine, and at least one show presented that night, HiGH & LOW: BORN TO be HIGH, was flagged for 2027 from the start. A show counts as delayed when a studio confirms a slip, not when a fan account reports one.
How to spot a premiere date before it is announced
If you want a date before everyone else has it, these are the signals that reliably precede a broadcast, roughly in order.
A teaser posted to the studio’s own channel. Not a lineup reel, not a pilot fan cam, but a standalone teaser cut for one title. In Thai BL this typically appears two to six weeks before air.
A time slot on the broadcaster’s schedule. Thai BL is still broadcast television first for many studios, and the channel’s own schedule page updates before the marketing does. A show that has been given a night and a time is airing.
A platform listing page going live. When iQIYI, WeTV or Viu creates a title page in a coming-soon state, the licensing is signed. The date usually follows within days.
A fan meeting or press conference announcement. Studios do not book venues for shows without air dates. This is one of the more reliable indirect signals and it often arrives before the formal schedule.
What is not a signal: a lineup event slide, a casting rumour, a listing with a year but no month, or an aggregator listing a specific date without naming where the date came from. Most of the wrong premiere dates circulating for 2026 titles trace back to that last category.
Where to watch ongoing BL series outside Asia
The practical bottleneck for most readers is licensing rather than information.
Thai BL generally arrives with international distribution attached, through iQIYI, WeTV, Viu, GagaOOLala or a studio’s own YouTube channel, so a Thai title announced for 2026 is usually watchable with subtitles within days of its domestic premiere. Payback is the clean example: One31 at home, iQIYI abroad, same week.
Korean BL is harder. Domestic services carry it first, and international rights are often sold later or not at all. The international route is typically Viki, GagaOOLala or a Netflix pickup, and the lag can run to months. A Korean 2026 title with no international listing is not being withheld. It has not been sold into your territory yet, and there is a reasonable chance it will be.
Chinese BL-adjacent productions carry a third set of constraints, with domestic content rules shaping what reaches broadcast at all. Several of them now launch directly on GagaOOLala for the international market, which is how A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring Hills’ Dream reaches viewers outside China with ten subtitle tracks. Where a Chinese title has an official platform link, that link is the only one worth using.
Looking for GL instead
This page tracks BL only. Thai GL now runs on its own production cycle with its own studios and its own release calendar, and mixing the two into one list served neither. Why do so few 2026 BL series have premiere dates?
Thai studios announce a full slate at one event to secure advertisers and fan attention, then date individual titles between two and eight weeks ahead of broadcast once a slot opens. Korean web dramas are often complete before a platform deal is public, so the date arrives with the trailer. Any list showing confident dates for a dozen unaired shows is estimating.
